How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The single think what i waSnt like is , the price for a room king, with king bed when i book , was normally for 2 person, i book in my name, then they put me to call booking bcs is just for one person, that is strange, bcs i always book hotels , and any book shuld be for 2 person , in special king room , then i pay extra , the rest was ok , nice hotel, close of burj kalifa

Suggest to add a socket on the bedside
-We booked the hotel for a Concert in Coca coal Arena and the hotel's location was perfect. -Room was clean and spacious -Staff we're helpful and accomodating -Check in and check out precess was fast and smooth -Hotel isnhighly recommended and will definitely book again

Towels were a bit old.
Rooms are very spacious. Very hospitable and kind staff, specially the Front office. Highly recommend this place for short and Long stay in Dubai. Very peaceful and Pleasant Location

Hotel is located in downtown area. I could walk burj khalıfa Dubai mall and metro station. Staff was helpful. There are some special bakery products in breakfast. Restaurant atmosphere was also nice. Room was clean. Utilities in my room were quitely enough. Price performance rate is good.

The rooms were excellent, and the staff was helpful and welcoming during check-in. The hotel is within the station, city walk, and Coca-Cola Arena, which is perfect if you are attending a concert. Underground parking is very convenient, too.

Wifi was slow
Rooms were clean and big. You have your own kitchen if you want to cook anything. The bed is comfortable. Metro is very near hence you can travel around Dubai easily.

One evening about 9.30pm someone tried to open my door to apparently tidy up the bathroom etc. I reported it to reception staff in the morning as I thought that was unnecessary and initially didn't know who was trying to get in my room. It was explained to me that the room hadn't been cleaned earlier in the day so staff were checking that it was clean. It was very late to be doing that and unsettling for me. Because I was arriving early in the morning I tried to book an early checkin on a pro-rata basis however I was told by email on a number of occasions that I couldn't pre-book this but had to wait until I arrived at the hotel to see if there was availability. As I really wanted an early checkin I had to book an additional night. Perhaps the hotel can review this policy and be a little more flexible.
The location was great for where I wanted to go - Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The rooftop pool area was very pleasant.

Nothing the hotel could have done.
Svens Bakery is the adjusted restaurant with the kindest staff imaginable- plenty of food of all kinds - spick span cleanliness, in the hotel itself wonderful helpful people - and don't miss the rooftop pool and leisure part with wellness For me it was a friendly family home. Thanks everyone! I picked it for closeness to the thetre but you have to realise the Al Zaichad Road splits the town into, so taxis are helpful, on time and worth while. Better than a 5 star giant

This was my fourth stay at The Leva and I also stayed during the period of the Dubai floods to which they handled amazingly well considering the conditions. It’s well located next a mall and City Walk, close to the Metro and Dubai Mall. Has a great restaurant downtown stairs, comfortable beds, nice pool area, good gym, quiet, clean and the staff are all incredibly friendly and hospitable. A particular thanks to the manager Ahmed for once again making my trip a special one. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel are close to dubai mall, just around 20 mins walk. Staffs are helpful and always smile . The swimming pool are great.
