Great location, with excellent beach club access and other beaches, restaurants and mall within very short walking distance. Ahmed and zahir were incredibly helpful, responsive and welcoming.

Ahmed is a great and friendly host. We arrived early morning in Dubai. Ahmed made an early checking possible which was a great outcome after a long flight with small children. Great and spacious place, close to the beach and easy to get in to the city with taxi or car.

Apartment was spotless clean, spacious (1 King, 1 Twin a small single room, large living room and spacious kitchen) and fully equipped with everything you need. The location was excellent and the pool access was ideal being just across the road. The host Ahmed was informative, helpful and responded quickly to all questions and requests. Little touches like shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes in each bathroom was a nice surprise. There are two balcony areas with seating that are really spacious and ideal for coffee/breakfast in the morning. We hired a car and there is a secure car park with an allocated space. The location was excellent with pool access across the road (Cabana), Nakheel mall within walking distance and west beach with a range of bars and restaurants all within walking distance (5-15 mins). We have a 5 and a 3 year old and they managed this no problem. The location was ideal for us with young children. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, quiet and beautiful park and private beach. Great walk zone, zone for kids play, for sport and many more ! Perfect for fam. With kids. If u want Luxury u can take it in beach club on the west beach. And the host Ahmed is very nice ! If u want questions, he is there !

I liked everything.

It was a super nice apartement - rooms were big, nicely furnished and very clean with everything available that we needed during our stay. The apartement had two balconies. During our stay we had free access to a privite beach and a pool. Location was also good, in the park, very close to the monorail station. And the owner of the apartement was kind and helpful - a very nice person. I have stayed in several places in Dubai, and this apartement was one of my favourites.

Everything was great! Location, apartment, facilities, access to the beach and the gym, plenty of things to do in the area. Super friendly and helpful host who came to meet us in the middle of the night and was available for questions and help all the time. Thanks a lot, Ahmed!
