Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EgyptStaff are very welcoming and helpful. Spacious suite with two bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with everything. We had welcome sweets in our room, which was very nice. We were offered a lemon mint drink while checking in was really delicious. Breakfast had variety of food with very professional staff.

United Arab EmiratesIt was initially difficult to deal with the front desk and have a room catering to my health needs. However, Jason was thankfully very helpful and offered a great room.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. A member of staff, Jason, made my stay much better by accommodating to my health needs. I have claustrophobia and was initially offered a room that was not suitable, but Jason was very helpful and understanding. He offered an alternative room which improved my stay greatly. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff were nice. Staff who helped with luggage were also very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good. During the stay, there was a variety of offered food from different cultures. A certain selection of the food was alternated each day. The gym was well equipped with machines and weights.

PakistanWhen i checked in , i didn't get the room i booked instead i got a smaller room with balcony. The reception staff was very witted , when i asked for a good room because it was my first time staying, his response was sorry mam i can only give you one room which is available, if you dont like it you can cancel your booking. My room did not have any amenities available. No toiletries, no water refills. Even welcome desserts seemed old.
I liked the cleanliness of the room and the fast response of staff whenever i called for anything it was received fast. The breakfast was amazing.

United Arab EmiratesI did not like the property. The smell of smoking in the rooms on the 23rd floor was very annoying. I could not sleep in it even though I really liked the room’s location and the view was very nice. Also, the suite on the 9th floor also had annoying cooking smells, especially at night. It was very annoying. Please be careful and pay attention to the issue. Odors leaking into hotel rooms and apartments. There is also the issue of delay when confirming reservation procedures and confirming departure, there is a delay even though the number of employees is sufficient
I liked the property’s design, decoration, and cleanliness. The staff are very friendly, and I will repeat this visit.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We requested Burj Khalifa view, we got it. The staffs were very helpful. Everything we requested was provided. Spacious living room too. Everything's working fine, the stove, the washing machine, microwave and TV. They provide detergent. For WiFi, you need to login to Marriot-Bonvoy account. No bad odour in the apartment. Air conditioning also working fine.

AustraliaCheck-in staff, concierge, and front office can be more inviting, especially during the day. Slow in getting our bags to the room, had to chase after them. Not helpful with local transport information.
The food and beverage were fantastic, the service was perfect, the staff was excellent and the restaurant managers were perfect. The breakfast experience made our day great. Definitely will be staying at the Marriott.
