There is a Disco which is very noisy for guests staying in the lower floors of the hotel. Rooms have no kittles, cups, tea,coffee or water. However, all these will be provided for if you ask for them.

Night time music was a bit much, but since I knew that coming in I choose a room on a high floor.

The hotel is pleasant, the facility can use an update. The best thing about the hotel is the staff and location. The staff are really welcoming and I would like to thank Imran for always taking great care of the room always making it to my liking. Imran responded quickly to all my requests. The hotel also has a lively night club.

Very happy with my stay at the hotel. Food and accommodation was all very good. Great location, restaurants & shops within a short walk. Staff were very courteous especially the manager Maya who very professional & helpful, made my stay more enjoyable.

All was ok, only some neighbor guests making too much noise during the night, keeping open their doors and noisy.

The environment was not family-friendly as the bar was next to the reception. We reached late night and lots of females were seen near reception with exposing dress. The furniture and facilities are old and gave the impression that you are living in the old era.

Staff was good and cooperative. Located at a place where most amenities are available at walking distance. The hotel had their own private parking, and staff gave valet parking. Breakfast was served with good options.

Slow reception in general Had to have an argument at the reception, they said that since I didn't check in before 18h my booking was not guaranteed and therefore they had no rooms, that was not stated anywhere. After calling the manager the situation was fixed.

I suppose that I will show my age here: the hotel boast a trendy discotheque on the ground floor and although you do not hear anything from your rooms, you have to go through a crowd of party goers if you get back late to the hotel. Our room was clean and tidy but we had only tepid water throughout our stay (7 days) so no hot showers.

The staff was astounding: front door staff couldn't do enough to help you, from luggage to booking your taxis or having a chat at the door. The receptionists, always at their desk ready to help, were the warmest welcoming smile every time we went past. When you think it couldn't get any better, the staff at the Volga restaurant showed you another dimension of hospitality: kind, unobtrusive, efficient and attentive....to complement the delicious food. The building itself is magnificent, with ample public spaces and a lovely rooftop pool, which is surprisingly breezy, cool and peaceful. Although you can have dinner at the hotel, you can also go out to nearby restaurants without lengthy treks so it's an ideal location. 10 minutes from the airport, by taxi, 10 minutes leisurely walk from the Metro station Al Rigga, it is also close to take away food outlets and a 24 hour supermarket.

Smell of smoking in the room from the central AC Units.

The breaks fst selection fit value for Money and the location is very close to may other famous places in the city. Dinner offer was excellent as a Suprise token! Staff at reception and Vallet have great hospitality and supportive!
