Furniture, decoration and lighting are a bit old but this didn't negatively impact the whole experience. electric outlets next to bed were nearly unusable due to their narrow location and they need adapters unlike other outlets on the bedroom

Hotel location and waterfront view are wonderful , apartment has all appliances you need, market and pharmacy next to hotel, staff were helpful and welcoming whenever you meet them the whole day, hotel has direct exit to the marina, parking available if you have a a car or a visitor, house keeping were so clean and took care of everything everyday, breakfast is amazing with diverse plates and good atmosphere, the beach is 15 min walk.

While the hotel management and staff were attentive and accommodating, I did encounter a few minor issues during my stay. Firstly, the water in the bathtub had a slightly brownish tint and didn't seem fresh. Additionally, there was a faint stale odor emanating from the air conditioning unit. Furthermore, the alarm system seemed to be malfunctioning as it unexpectedly went off twice, disrupting my sleep. Overall, the staff were professional and courteous, but these issues slightly affected my overall experience.

The staff were really helpful, the hotel's location was convenient, the food was tasty, and the price was fair. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

The breakfast was quite good, and had a lot of options for non-vegans. However, as a vegan, I think it would be great if more options were available. While there were a few vegan options, it would be wonderful to have a few more, like vegan milk and yogurt.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Pearl Marina Hotel apartment. The space was so roomy and clean, plus the view was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, too - so convenient to get around and explore all that Dubai has to offer. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. From the receptionists to the travel agency staff downstairs, everyone was so accommodating and eager to assist. And, Jawaid - the guy who came by daily to clean the apartment - was an absolute gem! For me, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place are the most important factors when it comes to staying somewhere, and this place had them both. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The view was great, it has a swimming pool and the people who work there are great. We arrived earlier than check-in time and kindly let us use the swimming pool until our room was ready, really great staff.

Bedrooms are a little dated but spotlessly clean. Need some teaspoons in the cutlery drawer but I’m sure if I had asked they would have appeared. Beds are super big and comfy. Nothing negative really just few little tweaks!

All the staff are a credit to the hotel. They make the stay a wonderful experience especially Star Performer and Abudala. The location is right on the quitter side of the Marina which is excellent for sleeping. You can visit everything from this low rise hotel.

Some items, equipment or shape needs to be improved, repair etc.

Location is perfect, end of Marina, but very good. Side to canal calm, side to street more noisy. Selection of food during breakfasts and dinner was wide and not same every day. We were satisfied. All staff, expecialy at the restaurant was super friendly and helpful. It's visible that the hotel is in original shape from time when was constructed, some things would be good to renovate, improve or clean a bit more. But overall very good stay.

Big room with soectacular view from balcony on Marina canal. Apart of good location this hotel is very clean and quiet. Food in restaurant was nice and tasty..All staff is very friendly and helpful. I want to say special thank you to cleaning guy Chanu and Adel from reception. They were fantastic!

We got one bed room for 14 days and it was amazing experience. Breakfast was good and all the staff where do friendly and special thanks to Jean. Cleaning where excellent, they do that every daily if you request. They leave water and coffee and teae dry day. We had nice kitchen with lundray machine so it was plus point. Thanks to Arman and Abdullah. Every one were so friendly and supper nice

Everything was perfect. 1. Check-in took 10 minutes 2. Staff was very friendly and helpful 3. Excellent breakfast (porridge, eggs, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, beans etc) 4. Great location - 15 minutes from JBR beach (or transfer from hotel at 10.30 am/15.00pm ) - close to the promenade with a many shops, playgrounds and beautiful Marina Bay (excellent for walking or jogging) - 20-25 minutes to DMCC metro station - 5 min walk from two great supermarkets, currency exchange 5. Huge rooms, fully equipped with kitchen. Marvelous view from the balcony. Quiet and clean. Most of all rooms have a view to the calm and beautiful Marina Bay. 6. Swimming pool for adult as well as for children. In any time you can find a sunbed. Also, you can take towe4les for the beach. 7. Small but equipped gym 8. Great value for money
