Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyNice hotel with cozy rooms. Business style, up to international standards. Big breakfast buffet with offers from around the world, which is a huge plus. Neighborhood is ok, it was no problem walking in the evening to find dinner options. Rooms are small but ok, beds comfortable. Everything very clean, staff is very friendly.

CroatiaYou have to pay extra for check in around 40$ and they dont let you in before 6am. I was extremly tired and 2,5 hours of waiting was the longest hours in my life. The worst thing is that they had free room avalible.
Good location and free shuttle bus to the mosqe. Very comfy place to stay. Room was very clean. Free water and coffe in the room. Close to Sturbucks and some market for food. Big beds in the room.

Room was clean..very accomodating staff..it's been my 3rd time to stay in premier inn and so far..it's still one of my go to hotels in abu dhabi

The location is very good. The hotel is close to Abu Dhabi National Exhibition center. I stayed there because I had to go to ADNEC tor three days and it was easy to go on foot
