Too far from the new airport. .not appropriate for late arrival flights - one shuttle per hour after midnight. Non smoking room smelling of tobacco....

There wasn’t really anything negative. I would have preferred if the hotel was closer to the airport and i could walk there, but i already knew about its location when booking.

The room was really clean and quite spacious. Room service was good! We liked how it was just a 10 minute drive from the airport, and there was a good shuttle service.

The courtesy shuttle bus never turned up and we were left stranded at the airport for 2 hours waiting for it, in the end we had to pay for our own taxi. There was no communication to us that the bus wasn’t going to come get us before our arrival which would have been helpful.

Clean, fine, only stayed for 6 hours so did the job, comfortable bed and was able to shower, room had everything you needed for a short stay

How slow can check in be !. You seriously need to educate staff to get help when there is a queue and one awkward customer at the front holding everyone up.

10 minutes from the new airport, free (limited) parking, extremely comfortable bed. And all for such an unbelievably low price.. The roads around the hotel are also almost traffic free now the old airport id closed.

Located 15 minutes away with a shuttle bus from the airport. Rooms are old but clean, there is a pool, and breakfast is tasty.

There is nothing not to like, it is exactly how I expect a premier in to be and suited my needs for a convenient airport hotel for an early morning flight. Free airport shuttle bus was an added bonus! The customer service was friendly, efficient and helpful

The location, while great for the airport, is terrible for everything else. There is only really one restaurant, and it was US$30 for a burger and Cranberry juice.

It’s far from the actual city so one doesn’t really gets a feel for it. But the shuttle service to Yas Island, the city centre and to the airport are all very efficient and saved me quite a bit of money in taxis

I really had a super comfortable stay here. My flight out of Abu Dhabi was canceled twice so I had to stay 6 nights instead of 1 and I actually had a great time. The cleaning staff was super accomodating and kind, the food at the ready is very good, everyone but especially Renuka and Sayed at reception were super helpful with my situation and Aisa at the restaurant took really good care of me. Plus the gym and the pool made my stay absolutely pleasant.

They do run a free shuttle service from the new airport terminal A to the hotel but it only runs once an hour through the night. Whilst it appeared to run as advertised, it did mean we ended up missing it by 5 minutes or so and ended up having to take a taxi instead.

Located next to the old terminal, this airport hotel has all the elements you'd expect and need including 24 hour reception, onsite coffee shop and a resturant. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The old terminal that the hotel is connected to has been decommissioned, all flights now operating from Terminal A, some 6 km away. The free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes makes this less inconvenient though.

Conveniently located for an overnight layover followed by an early morning flight. Although the furniture is a bit dated, the room was clean and comfortable. Reasonably good food at the dinner service (I opted for the Iftar buffet instead of the a la carte menu).
