I don’t understand why the pools and beach close right at sunset (7pm) especially during the scorching hot summer. Most people go to the pool and the beach when the weather gets bearable but we couldn’t even do that because they all close by 7pm, before sunset, which was incredibly inconvenient. Additionally the shower temperature was so weird. It was either freezing cold or piping hot and both came at random times mid shower. That was also very inconvenient. It’s better to have a heater and manually control the water temperature than have it be random and accidentally get burned.

The room was comfortable and cozy. The staff is very professional and friendly. The check in and check out process was smooth and fast. They have facilities like a gym, spa, nice restaurants and pools. The room service is amazing. The location is also a major plus, there’s a turtle beach near by and a mall, 10 minutes away, with any store you might need to go to. Many food delivery options available too.

The resort is good but the door is locked when we come from out we go down and ask reception they made use go to them for two times to open the door lock and when we call for room service they don't come until I open the door and look for them asking for pouch of coffee because they didn't replace the coffee pouch on second day I call them two times but they didn't respond I was waiting for them this was so bad only for small things they don't respond then if we need anything urgent they will ignore it.

Towels provided in the bathroom were very shabby, extremely low standard. The front desk staff had no knowledge of the nearest bus station or how to get there.

The breakfast was very good with quite a bit of variety. Location was a little far from the center but the sea view was awesome.

There’s no shower head. When showering there’s no hot water. Fire alarm went off during the middle of the night, horrendous

Being on the Al Marjan Island, local amenities felt a bit isolated. I guess its something one should be vary of before booking.

Good quality hotel, it was clean, the staff were professional and very welcoming. I enjoyed multiple pools, one focused for children the other for the adults. The best feature, hands down, is being at the beach front and the ability to do scuba diving, jet skis and many other water activities.

Honestly i didn t like the sea i felt that i am in dead sea without waves. And the swimming pool is very small.

Check in took more than 1 hour. Smell in the bathroom.

I general stay was good. The day we stayed the hotel was fully booked still the hotel managed the crowd, except reception. It took more than 1 hour to wait. Room was clean. Territory is good, but not much greenery there. Food options are good and it was tasty enough

I don't think they planned properly to host the number of people who availed some special offer. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already over an hour's wait time to check-in. When it was our turn to get checked-in, the person suggested showing up on the weekdays. It's always a bad sign, when your vacation has to be planned around the hotel's comfort zone. Lack of a Smart TV was disturbing. Basic requirement these days I think.
