Everything was great. Food was delicious. spacious room with a comfortable bed. I would especially like to mention Nese, who met me at the reception. Very pleasant and professional. She helped with all questions and made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Thanks Nese.

Maybe pointing out the lack of communication on some topics whereas checkin such as free ice and fruits for non-all inclusive guests.

Everything was perfect from the location to the hotel standing, bedroom and an amazing view !! We will definitely come back and recommend !

Crowds in the restaurant, no access to one of the restaurants during Ramadan (evening), sunbeds occupied with towels during the day, but no people. 95% of guests were from the former CIS countries, and it was sad to see very often not the best manners: attitude to the staff, occupied sunbeds with towels, and food left on plates in restaurants.

Lovely ambience, polite and helpful staff, nice tasting and fresh food, huge bathroom with a tub that can fit someone tall, a shower aswell for those who prefer a shower, well equipped gym with a cross fit class and other classes including pilates, yoga and aqua classes, an overall amazing place.

The only thing which disappointed us, bar/restaurant prices were very very high, so we had to visit other places for dinner/supper.

The outdoor area should be splinted: only adults should stay far from families with kids. Too strict policy on towels. Please, consider a sound system in the superior rooms, like ours

There was nothing that we didnt enjoy about our stay. It was great value for money and we will be going back again. Perfect for families.

The hotel was gorgeous, there was plenty of choice of eating and drinking. The 4 pools provided choice with plenty of sunloungers and chairs, the beach was lovely - didn't feel like you were in Abu Dhabi - the view of the skyline was beautiful. The was a garden area that had bouncy castles and games for children on Saturday -a park / play area as well as a kids club. The food available as part of the package was great, lots of choice. Room was gorgeous and spacious and again had an amazing view. Staff were friendly and helpful with anything needed. Would 100% recommend and return.

The majority of guests were Russian and acted like they owned the place (maybe they did, we didn't check). We didn't like seeing how the staff was treated by them (not all, of course). One case, where the lifeguard on duty was asked to inflate the floaties for their kid was quite inappropriate - as their focus should be the pool. We understand the staff is probably told to do whatever to satisfy client's needs, but sometimes it was just too much, let them preserve some kind of dignity, please.

Location of the hotel is very good, super close to the mall (should you need anything) or ideal for a nice stroll by the marina. Hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and clean, water, tea & coffee are available in the room, bar not included in the price (you can get plenty drinks outside by the pools or at the restaurants). We found the hotel beach rather small, considering the size of the hotel, but it was sufficient and not crowded when we visited. Sunbeds were available, towels also. We would appreciate a little more option for snacks (between breakfast and lunch), you could get nuts or ice cream, not much more. Afternoon bakery was very nice! Meal options were generous, we wondered what was being done with the leftover food, as there was quite a lot of it honestly.
