To be honest there isn't anything I didn't like.

Isabella, Blanche, Kumar, Safir, Amin and Niranjan and others whose names I don't remember were so friendly, kind and willing to help anytime. People make this place. Moreover, the room was big, clean, with amazing Dubai Marina views. The dinner and breakfast were incredible, you have a wide range of options, from fruits and salads to yummy desserts and dishes from Russia, Lebanon and other countries. Royal Regency is also very good value for money. A must in Dubai

The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't let me stay for another 100 days for free! (Just kidding, of course.) There was absolutely nothing negative about our experience. Everything is so great about this hotel!

Our stay at the Royal Regency Suites Marina in Dubai was nothing short of phenomenal. Traveling with family, we experienced unparalleled hospitality from everyone at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to assist, providing a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast at Royal Regency Suites was excellent and abundant, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all our tastes. It truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff who took care of our room: Meheidi, Pathum, and Tarak. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our stay even more pleasant, creating a beautiful and comfortable environment. Additionally, there was a waiter in the restaurant whose name we unfortunately forgot, but his exceptional kindness and helpfulness left a lasting impression on us. His warm and accommodating nature greatly enhanced our dining experience. Overall, our experience at Royal Regency Suites Marina was outstanding, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in Dubai. We look forward to returning in the future!

Everything. Beautiful apartment in a great area . The staff were very efficient, professional and very kind. The breakfast was very good, the selection offers a varied breakfast thank you Mobin and Chef Ahesan . We got an upgrade on the room that was very much appreciated thanks to Usman. The best hotel we have ever stayed at. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional! Specially thank u To Mobin and Chef Ahesan for there good service and food was very delicious 😋 Team housekeeping Mr. Fayaz, Mr. Mehedi , Supon, Safayet, Ayeshma was very friendly and always made sure everything was good and that we had enough of everything. It was amazing to stay with the Royal Regency .. it's very near to all the good places to visit in Dubai. The vacay started with an upgrade . Fardeen was extremely helpful and good .all the staff is very courteous .supportive and professional. Special thanks to Fayaz , Supun , Ayesma, Safayet, and Guddu .the facility was clean .the bathrooms were great . I'll recommend all the travelers to must stay here . The concierge travel desk was not as friendly or as helpful as we would have liked and therefore didn’t use them for our travel needs. The front desk team was easier to approach. Understand there were some flooding issues given the heavy rains but noticed several areas throughout the building that had flooding issues.

We love the location of the property and the amenities in the unit. We felt so comfortable in our 2 bedroom apartment for our week in Dubai from the kitchen and laundry facilities to the breathtaking views on the marina. Sincere thank you to the housekeeping staff that kept the room clean and were a delight to chat to when we saw them; Fayoz, Supun, Ayesha and Safayet/

A wonderful hotel that has everything you need. Our room was large, excellent, and well-suited for a family, complimented by amazing and kind hotel staff who were very responsive to every request. We are very pleased. Breakfast and Dinner are super delicious. Special thanks to Chef Khalil, Chef Ahesan and Mobin . Reception staffs were extremely helpful and they gave us very good hospitality thank you Usman , Vinodh and Isabela . I definitely suggest the hotel to all travellers looking for that!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with warmth and hospitality. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the free upgrade to a premium apartment, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. But what truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness maintained by the dedicated staff. Mehedi, Asif, Shamim, and Gaurov deserve special mention for their outstanding service. The attention to detail in every corner of the room was remarkable. The hotel's location was also perfect, offering stunning views and convenient access to nearby attractions. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch and provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We checked that most people booking at this hotel get a free upgrade to a better room. We had already booked a really nice room with Marina view but after checking the comments we set bars even higher. We didn't ask for it because we were very happy with everything and the stay was memorable but an upgrade to a better room or a free breakfast for a couple of days would gave you the 11/10.

A very nice hotel with lots of amenities and facilities, big room and bathroom, great breakfast and great service. Mattresses were really comfortable and we had great sleeping experience. Location was also very good. Special thanks to Sebad the chef and Mobin at the breakfast who were very warm and ready to assist with everything. Housekeeping was also excellent with Alam, Bawan, Manik and Dalbhdur taking extra care of us and everything we needed in the room. All staff there was doing their best from the employee at the door to the housekeeper in the lobby. Thank you everyone, we will visit you again!
