Very friendly and accommodating front desk and overall staff in the building. Khadija at the front desk was exceptional and made us feel very welcome. We got the 3 +1 apartment which was beautifully spacious with a stunning view of the city. One of the most spacious and well laid out apartments for a family or large group. City walk is just a few minutes walk across the road and you probably still need to drive to Dubai mall but that's a 3 minute drive.

The bedroom with the single bed is very small with no space for a suitcase and has no cupboard in the room.

Sonder Downtown Towers is very well located. It was a large, well-appointed and clean Apartment for 6 people

The Metro station is a little far and there is limit option for restaurants.

The hotel has an excellent location and a great view. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The suite I booked has 2 large bedrooms and a small bedroom. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower. There is also a POWDER ROOM in the living room. The living room is spacious and bright, with a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, so you can cook by yourself. There is a small laundry room with a washer-dryer. The hotel provides laundry balls and dishwashing blocks. The customer service of the hotel app responded to the information very promptly. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and also provided luggage delivery service. In short, we like this place very much. If I come to Dubai for a trip, I will definitely choose to stay here.

Minor thing was one broken elevator (1 out of 3), so to get in or out of the building we had to wait for 3-5 minutes. But I believe it was temporary issues and should be fixed soon.

The apartment is absolutely amazing with gorgeous sea and city view!!! A lot of air and space, high ceilings, huge windows, a lot of natural light, but at the same time cool and comfortable inside even at the end of May. Rooms are clean, nicely designed and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds are super comfortable and large in size. Also, I should add the quality of appliances (like washing machine, oven, coffee machine) is also great (small thing but very important if you plan to cook for example)! Pool area is not big but quite sufficient and nice to spend some quality time in relaxation Location is just perfect, very close to the main attractions, 10 minute ride to La Mer beach, walkable distance to the grocery store.

This was first time we stayed at Sonders downtown and our experience was amazing. The staff was courteous and ready to help. The apartment was very neat and clean with all amenities. There were fresh towels & bedsheets, the rooms were big with ample storage. The living area was huge and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bathrooms were neat and clean. The gym and pool area was also great. I would surely go again and stay at this property. Also for those who are looking at going the first time. Pls go ahead without hesitation . It’s a great property

The apartment was huge, and met all our needs. The staff were really attentive and anything we asked for was not too much trouble - I requested a drying rack. We frequently asked for top up coffee pods, extra dishwash tablets etc (all through the App) and they were quickly brought to our apartment. Staff gave us advice on taxi's etc Used the Co-op supermarket a couple of streets away for all our grocery needs. Facilities - swimming pool, lobby area etc were always clean and tidy. Second Sonder we have stayed in....and will be booking more on our travels, not failed us yet.

the pool area is quite small so if it was busy I think it wouldnt be much use.

the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the location is good for access to most things, you can walk to the city walk area which has lots of restaurants etc.
