Staff are with good behaviour (Egyptian guy that owns the place) They provide water tank for drinking so no need to go out to buy water Very good value for money ( cheapest hostel i went to )

1. No obvious sign of the hostel, really hard to find it 2. Not clean. Toilets and room aren't clean. In the room it is dark In general, it is a creepy place, i wouldn't recommend it

There was a leak in our bathroom - from the ceiling. We reported it but nothing was done about it. Of course, we could have followed up on this and chose not to because there was only one night remaining.

First of all, we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge when we arrived. While we did not need this, it was so thoughtful and we really appreciated having so much space (and a fridge!). The staff were always responsive when we approached them. The person who came to offer for our room to be cleaned was particularly friendly and kind. The entire area was very clean. It was easy to find taxis and buses near the hotel, and there was also a little shop and restaurant nearby.

People were smoking outside of the room and smell comes inside. And there is no elevator. So if you are with big luggages, you are in trouble..

I enjoyed the atmosphere here. The staff was eager to help and accommodate us. Friendly fellow travelers. Near metro and shops. Really clean compared to another hostel I tried, you basically must take your shoes off once you get in. All facilities work properly. I think it is the best value for the money in Dubai.

Dark and tiny common area. The manager enjoyed watching TV in the dark. My eyes suffered a lot while using my laptop in the dark. I ended up using my laptop in my room with light on. This is not a hostel, but a worker dorm. Over 95% males. Job seekers...whoever... I saw Cochroaches... No locks, no door bell, anyone can come in. But there is one security camera at common area. Room is too tiny. Tooooo tiny. You can not enjoy the free ground in the middle of room. False rating of 8.6. I think workers dorm should only earn 7 to 7.5. Anything above 8.0 must have proper common area, normal size room and good security.

Quiet night. Good sleep. Free drinking water.

The owner, Ahmad, was brilliant, very polite and helpful. I am so glad meeting someone like him. The room was quiet. Temperature was normal. Location was close to 2 different metro stations.

The store here is dirty and messy. No one greets you after you take money. No one responds to messages you send. There is no store name at the door. You don’t even know if you are a guest or someone who will trick you into going to another hotel on the second floor. It’s disgusting.
