Everything is top. Breakfast…wow! Many indian dishes everything you could need or desire. Luxury apartment with excellent toiletries. Personnel happy and available,polite, the view at breakfast with Burj Khalifa. I definitely recommend and try again. Loved the smell, the ambiance, the details, the view. I was impressed and I travel a lot. And the terrace with amaizing parties.

I can recommend the TAJ Dubai 100%. The staff were very friendly, approachable at all times, helpful and always present without being intrusive. The rooms are large, very clean and have floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the Burj Khalifa. I found it particularly pleasant that there were only a few rooms on each floor, so it was very quiet. The Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet offered what felt like everything from all regions of the world. Thanks to the waitress Camille, it was a very special experience for us every morning, she kept surprising us with different Indian dishes, so that the trip to Dubai was also a culinary trip to India for us at TAJ. Many thanks to all the staff at the Taj who made our stay so special.

High-speed internet is available for an additional fee, medium-speed internet is included in the accommodation price. In the bathroom, there is a special socket for the shaver only. There are no regular sockets and the hair dryer must be used in the room. There is no wardrobe closet, there is a special corner for suitcases and a rod for hangers, but there are no shelves to put clothes. Clothes can only be hung on a hanger. The window panes were quite dirty, it might have been from the big storm and rain that was here the week before we arrived.

The Luxury King room was spacious enough and tastefully decorated. Spacious communal spaces and wide corridors. Breakfast with a good selection. The pool and small garden are on the third floor terrace. The pool is not very big, but big enough also for swimming. There were always free sunbeds by the pool. I think you can sunbathe only in the first half of the day. Very attentive service, everywhere (in the lobby, at breakfast, by the pool). I really liked the good smelling detergents, but since they are very masculine and also quite strong smelling, my lady didn't want to use them. The Dubai Fountain is approximately 15 minutes' walk away.

Bathroom doors don't close properly, and lacks privacy. Swimming pool isn't as big as it looks in pictures. Not as nice or spacious lobby. Fridge isn't cold.

Nice for a foodie person having a food mall right around the corner. Decent size room with comfortable bathroom. Close to sheikh Khalifa towers. Next to a mosque.

I had very good stay. The room was very nice and very supportive staff especially Mr. Khalid at the reception. There is very beautiful Massjed near by the location and within 200 meters from the hotel. Also the breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were very kind.

Very kind and friendly staff. The room is very clean Breakfast is very good The shuttle bus. The sofa bed was not that much comfortable, which made me request an action to make it better , they directly added a comfortable extra bed and apologized. They gave sweet treats for the kids Excellent staff as a highlight.

Some of the stuff were not very warm, the hostess at Miss Tess was rude and made us feel unwelcome, which was a shame. We also had to wait quite awhile for the lifts on a couple of occasions.

Beautiful hotel, nice big room, The young man who supervised breakfast was especially friendly and professional and really made a difference to our stay.

Property has excellent breakfast facilities including range of Indian meals .I would specially like to thank all the restaurant staff for there hard work . they were very receptive with all the requests and were happy to help as understandably the place was very busy but the turnaround time was adequately managed. Thank you for making our stay pleasant Right from the onset, Entering the property, we were greeted by some wonderful people which reminded us of Home.

We got upgraded at check in (thank you). The hotel is nice, location is great. Breakfast is good (it is a bit crowded sometimes, but it is fine). Staff is great. The room design is just beautiful, the view was great to the Burj Khalifa.

One aspect that didn't meet my expectations during my stay was the condition of the duvet. Despite being covered with a clean duvet cover, I noticed that the duvet itself appeared old and dirty, which was quite off-putting and made me feel disgusted.

I've visited the Taj Dubai for the fourth time now, and what keeps drawing me back is definitely its prime location, the kind and attentive staff, and the consistently excellent service. It's always a pleasure staying there.

- the meeting room wasn't great, there was the noise from outside and lights dim if you are sitting and doing a zoom meeting - the internet connection can become weak without notice so if you are doing an important meeting then please do a premium internet [on MAC this is complicated so know how to do this]

- the rooms are huge [club room, 31st floor] - the views are amazing - the bathroom and amenities are very well designed - the breakfast is great but one day there was a long waiting line - the club lounge is good

The location, hospitality and professionalism of the front desk Manager specially Ms. Ayan and nevertheless other working staff from Restaurent , housekeeping and the concierge services were all exceptional.
