After checking in we were called back and asked to pay 100UED for checking in early. We requested early check in if possible and thought it was granted, paid, got keys and then called Us back to pay more. We checked out early the next morning so it would have meant someone else got an early check in. Wasn’t so much the charge but the fact he let us check in at 6.30 am, let us pay and then decided once we had the keys to tell us he wanted more money.

Some signage is required for customers coming from metro. I didn't know that the hotel is accessible thru inside the World Trade Center. Walking thru the building is much shorter and cooler

Manager Zidan was very helpful. He explained available transportation, and suggested some itineraries for my visit. He ensured my family be given good room. The staff at the front desk showed warm hospitality. Check-In and Check-Out was super swift

The price I paid seems higher comparing to last stay with break fast and this time no breakfast provided even though I paid more.

Asians spitting,in pool and nose blowing into plants one guy even using his vape in the breakfast dining table area...which I told staff and they promptly addressed it. Smoking not really acceptable in public places these days but hotel bit lax on that..smokers around pool area which to me isn't acceptable by other hotels these days...NO smoking signs should be mandatory

When I booked, I asked for a quite room. Underneath of my room there was a bar, and for two nights the music was quite annoying. As well as, my room was interconnected with the room next to mine that a huge noise came form it into to mine. I told everything to the reception and they did a notice and everything was in order. So, their service were done directly.

I had called the property 3 times to ask for a wheelchair accessible room and was told I should mention it at check in there are Wheelchair rooms available. When we arrived there was none for me. I later learned that there were wheelchair rooms in the first floor, but again not for me. I have limited mobility and can walk a few steps, so I agreed to take a normal room. However I could not get into the bathroom with the wheelchair. When I asked for a shower stool, as I was afraid that i might slip and fall if I shower unaided. My ability to shower was severely limited, which was suboptimal as personal hygiene is very important for a wheelchair bound person, especially as I was there for an exhibition.

The breakfast was outstanding. Just what i would expect from Novotel.

The breakfast was too crowded, the choice of breakfast was fine but it was messy and no too clean to have breakfast The salon is upstairs with no lift access, there was renovation going on The spa is not clean

Basically, the checking in and the room are good, The staff are polite The location is great, it is closed to the DWTC
