The staff at Buccaneer Beach Club were brilliant: friendly, professional, informative. The location of the property is ludicrously good: just a few metres from a fantastic beach, with reserved loungers and near a couple of nice restaurants.

Some staff were very helpful. I requested to book my airport taxi twice the night before but it wasn’t there in the morning and took a while to arrive

Right by the ocean, with easy access. Beach chairs were free and available. Beach towels were also available for a deposit Rooms were spacious with good facilities and air conditioning and Wi-Fi were good. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance

Room was a bit old fashioned but acceptable. Safe and microwave both set very high. If not 6ft tall they’re virtually unusable.

Fridge was loud at times. The pillows are a lumpy and have obviously been put through the washing machines many times.

Lovely pool and the property is right on a small beach with soft sand. Hotel’s beach is next to the much larger stretches of beach that are a farther away but don’t have chairs. The apartments are nice for a small family and have little kitchens/cooking areas that were great for making breakfast or a small meal. Grounds of the property are very nice.

Everything, the place was fantastic. Salt Plage next door had lovely food. The swimming pool was fabulous. Hit and miss with a fair amount of rain but didn't bother us. Sea was lovely and warm. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrella's. Lovely ginger cat that we along with many others feed. Oscar was fantastic, friendly and helpful. All staff that we had contact with were brilliant. Local taxi driver Edward was brilliant. Was quiet so if you want a nightlife it is not really the place.

It would have have been nice to have a desk so I can do some work with a laptop . Ended up just doing work on the patio table so I guess its not the worst. Really hard to come up with issues.

The beach is very nice, calm and shallow. There is a full outdoor shower to get all the sand off. The pool was nice the deep end is still stand able for an adult. The kids loved it age 3 6 and 9. The cottage 2 bed room has full laundry in the suit and 2 king beds. The staff are very nice and helpful when you ask questions.

Accommodation was basic & comfy. Bathroom was not quite as expected as very different from the photos on the website.

Lovely quiet venue. Perfect for the beautiful beach, staff were very helpful, Stanley seamed to be everywhere & willing to help with anything. Apartment was nicely equipped with great & much needed AC. Felt very safe at the complex, security was good without being over restrictive. Pool area & grounds were lovely, very well maintained.

There is nothing not to like. However there are two things that the hotel might want to consider: Rooms need some renovation. Second, this time I saw dogs on the beach. I am allergic to dogs and have severe cynophobia. Anyway I addressed this with the hotel and I think they did communicate it to the owners.

This was my third time here. I love the location , the beach and the ambiance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Stanley, Oscar, Eulanda and Candayce for their pleasant and positive attitude all the time. I cannot wait to plan my next trip to Buccaneer.

Having to pay 100usd for late check out (extra 5 hours) when previous accommodation in St Kitts was complimentary, especially when they have late arrival flights potentially checking in.

Room Service is advertised, this isn't available. Pool/each Towels are provided as stated HOWEVER, they don't tell you that you need to leave a USD50 deposit and that it MUST be in cash. I do not carry cash when I travel for work as all my expenses must go on my company credit card. I offered to pay the USD50 on my card but this wasn't policy. I didn't suffer too much because of this though as I was working and the reception lady obviously took pity on me on the last day and allowed me to use a beach towel without leaving the deposit.

Breakfast not provided... went to Salt Plage each day which is a very short walk along the beach. Love the secure gates front and back which is opened via key fob attached to your room key, made me feel very safe as a lone female traveller. Housekeeping lady was amazing and advised me on mosquitos as I had a lot in my room (my fault for leaving door open) and I'd been eaten alive. She de-fogged my room for me and left me with a spray in case I saw more. Great that you can buy snacks at reception including drinks for the room. Kitchen well equipped although I didn't use it, other than the coffee filter Ground Staff really friendly too

Not a lot else in the area, one restaurant/bar on the beach belonging to the hotel next door (but open to non-residents), another English pub behind with regular pub quiz and food. Supermarket is a bit of a mission away (less than 10 minutes driving, but not really walkable in the heat and no footpath), if you want to literally lie on the beach/by the pool for a couple of days, this place is perfect. If you want to get out and about exploring more, you'd probably want to hire a car - there's free parking on site so not an issue.

Bed was huge and very comfortable. Whole apartment spacious and kitchen well enough equipped. Gardens were well taken care of with extra little touches with info about the plants. Pool was plenty big enough with built in seat ledge around one end for lazing about. Literally walk out of the garden on to the beach.
