No breakfast but i knew when i booked and i do not need and want breakfast! The garden was very beutiful! with a lot of birds and lizards and the room absolutely okay for me! Miss Naisha is very friendly and nice! She took me 3 times with her car ( between 80 and 100$) around the island where you will find very beautiful places ( my secret ) Bus from Seatons to St. Johns is easy to find and cheap 3 Ec is 1$ ! The shop in Seatons is a shame ( unfriendly young lady no clubsoda tonic cheddar cheese etc ) Better to go Glenville to Muffys! the small restaurant in Seatons is very nice Miss Ruth an excellent cook ( rice with black beans and marvelous vegetables ) The viewpoint from the green house ( where restaurant is ) and the view from small mainroad to all the island are very nice!

The beach is no beach only a very small harbour where it smells terrible of dead fish! 2 minutes walk is stingray city 2 jettys nice in the morning and evening but during the day very crowdy! A handful of guests all were friendly only one lady from england was rude i was sitting on the veranda during heavy rain which disturbed her so she was calling the manager in Canada!!!

Incredible location and the most beautiful see view in my life. Friendly staff, extreme confort and cleanliness, excellent food and drinks. The cottage was perfect and confortable and the plunge pool was warm, clean and the bay view was astonishing.

The location was beautiful and the villa was okay but there was a few things that could have been better to make the stay more enjoyable. Very close to the beach only a 5min walk.

So, the villa was lovely but the host of the villa is very rude and money orientated. From our 1st encounter with her via messaging when initially booking her replies were quick but as soon as i paid the non refundable deposit of 50% she went quiet which was a bit concerning as we didn't fully known where we stood. However I managed to get her whatsapp from booking.com and communicated via that and she replied. She was rude and stated I shouldn't be messaging her private number however what else was I meant to do. We booked the holiday 1 year in advance to try save some money and when it came to around 3 weeks before the holiday she messaged us stating we'd need to pay more as the fees had changed, however I argued that we had already paid and contacted booking.com again, and they made sure she had to honour her contract. Once there as stated before the villa was lovely but it was now time to meet her representative in antigua and this was a nightmare. We was made to wait hours before she arrived so we went for a walk as we wanted to explore and enjoy our holiday and I was bombarded with messages about money and fees etc, like we was going to run away without paying, tut tut... honestly it felt so melodramatic. No matter we handled this the next day with a little bit of better communication from their side. whilst there they didn't have a cooker. It was a convectional microwave oven. So cooking was slow and to make matters worse the machine broke a few times and they kept our $200 deposit saying jt was our fault even though the machine was installed in 2013 and literally broke mid use. However we weren't going to argue i could already tell what ki d of person this lady was from the 1st interaction. Sorry for the long review but I thought I'd leave an honest one considering some of the stuff she said via messages to me. Anyways all in all.

Comfortable bed in an air conditioned room overlooking the harbour. The staff are great and naturally offer you that Antiguan hospitality.

No bar and no restaurant but there are plenty a short walk away. I think the hotel is attached to the yacht club and they have bars and restaurants.

Limited choice in the restaurant! For an all inclusive restaurant there wasn’t much choice/options on the dinning menu, the beach bar during the day. No deserts during the day e.g ice cream. There is also stagnant water near the beach and pool that have off an awful smell. Same location for the romantic meal on the beach. We had to cancel our celebration meal because the smell was so bad. The standard of the cleaning of the rooms wasn’t very good.
