Bed was a bit hard but got use to it. Coffee was never re stocked even though asked twice at reception, there is free coffee in reception but would of been nice to have enough in room to last.

Beautiful split level accommodation with 2 amazing balconies and great views. don’t let the hill comments put you off wasn’t much of a walk and there are buggy’s available if you want a lift up the hill. In a great area with bars and good restaurants

Air conditioner leaked condensate badly and made the floor extremely slippery. It was three days after we reported the problem until the technician finally showed up. He did a good job fixing it. The shower door needs at least a rudimentary gasket as a lot of water splashes through the gap. The times the morning coffee in the lobby was available seemed to vary quite a bit.

Liked this location for the multiple dining choices within a very easy walk. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

There was very load music playing on a few nights but they provided earplugs and it wasn't every night so bearable.

Everything was to loud, I didn’t get to sleep a lot because of thin walls, loud music from the bars and the street with cars beeping ALL the time

Noise and Parties too loud at night I had to put in ear plugs. Room 27 is opposite restaurant kitchen which was not great.

There was a problem with my booking. On arrival I paid for my 2 nights then the next morning 3 people asked me if I was checking out or if I pay extra for a late stay. The manager said I only paid for 1 night but they had the problem on their side and also happened to a friend in a different room aswell. Also there are bars right infront of the hotel so very noisy at night

I had no issues at all, TV reception wasn't great but staff tried very hard to get it as good as it could be - and I didn't go there to watch tv anyway. No on site dining room but there were lots of places to eat within a few steps!

balcony view over yacht club was great, I loved being able to see nightlife and hear the music! near lots of eateries. Very helpful staff, Nice coffee in the open air lobby. Large comfy bed and large shower, Great air conditioning.

My only slight criticism is the rooms need a little updating, but that is a small criticism, the rooms are large, shower/aircon great and nice terrace.

The location is perfect for a stay in Falmouth Harbour, English Harbour, Shirley Heights etc. In the middle of everything and great restaurants, and beaches to hand. Very welcoming.

The location was very good! Near restaurants and next to the mega yachts. Everything is very clean, the rooms are very spacious and a very good shower. We love it here and will be back in 2 weeks.

One driver in the taxi rank over the road really noisy at 8am cranking out Dire Straits and Pink Floyd. Not now, surely!

The floors were a little dirty and could do with a real good clean. You had to be careful straying away from any food on the balcony as birds always sat with you when you were eating and waited for any chance of a feast. Unfortuately the safe didn’t work and was reported twice but nothing sorted. The apartment did however feel quite safe so it wasn’t a problem on this occasion.

We had a sea view suite with a little kitchenette….up the hill with excellent views over the marina….Large room with ensuite shower and a lovely balcony with table and chairs and also 2 loungers. Air con was fab
