the lift in the building needs work. we had to walk to the 7th floor most times as the door was stuck open at the 5th or 6th floors so it wouldn’t call. I’m fairly fit but 7 flights of stairs isn’t easy

the flat is very big and comfy. large wrap around balcony. good view of the town and sea. close to the harbour and lots of restaurants. we were allowed to check in early which was much appreciated. parking is a must is Sarande so this was a plus.

The location is fantastic, opposite the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and always very fast in communicating with us. Very clean and large room. Undercover carpark was also available

One of the bathrooms smelled like cigarette smoke, maybe because of the air shaft it's connected to. As there are two bathrooms, we simply used the other one as that one was fine.

Really big apartment in a wonderful location just steps away from the boulevard. We read some reviews about the lift not working, it worked perfectly when we were there so maybe that's old info. The parking is a bit cramped, but definitely convenient. Also great having a washing machine complete kitchen and aircon in each bedroom. The views from the balcony are wonderful, do take into account that you'll hear the music from the boulevard until around midnight every night.

The Wi-Fi in apartment 6 was patchy at best, but this has been consistent for all budget-friendly accommodation in Albania. I found out on arrival it was cash-only payment. With €7 euro per ATM transition this would have been useful to know in advance.

Super clean, great location, bathroom looks newly renovated. Excellent, friendly and speedy communication with the host.

Before the building entrance which has a lift, there are stairs which can be not a problem, but it's difficult with a pushchair

The view from the balcony - the apartment was in the 7th floor is incredible. The water pressure in the bathroom was really good, which we rarely experienced in Albania

Sarande is under development as it’s becoming more and more popular with tourists so at this time, there is a construction site which you can see and hear from the balcony. We didn’t have hot water - it may be because we didn’t know how to turn on the water heater because they do have one! It wasn’t a huge issue for us as we were only there one night, and I’m sure the host would have come to help me, but I didn’t want to bother the host.

The location is very good! There is a club nearby, and I could hear the music on Saturday night which is when I was there. If you’re looking to go out, this spot is walking distance to the Orange Club! I booked this place because I needed a good parking garage; it is underground, spacious and safe! They even allowed me to keep my car there after checkout because I took the ferry to Corfu. It worked out well! The host met me on-site to give me the keys and collect payment. He was very nice and was waiting for me, which I highly appreciated! There is a grocery store downstairs if you need it!

A wonderful stay with only a few very minor items that could be improved upon - bath floor mat and tea towels to dry dishes would be good. The kettle needs to be descaled or replaced.

Fantastic location at the beginning of the Promenade with sweeping bay views and with choices of restaurants, cafes, bars at your doorstep. Just the two of us so Hosts kindly offered us the 1 Bedroom Apartment Room 38 on the 7th floor with direct sea views from the big balcony. The 2 bedroom apartment that we had originally booked was large also but only had side sea views (nice but no where as good as our 1 Bed gem). The small lift (enough room for max 2 persons with wheeled luggage and at a pinch a 3rd person) takes you from the underground carpark directly up the the apartment. Wifi worked well as did the washing machine, though I had to manually move the dial to the last rinse/spin to end the wash cycle so that the door would open. Apartment was large, even the bathroom and was nice to have “hygiene spray” beside the toilet. Good to have a fully enclosed shower though they could’ve made it bigger with so much space in the bathroom. Didn’t use the aircon that was only in the bedroom, despite 28/29oC temps. The apartment seemed to remain cool so not requiring the use of the aircon. Supermarket beside the Apartments. Didn’t use the small cooktop/stove. Fridge was a decent size - no bar fridge! A wonderful stay. A note in regards to arriving - the apartments are beside a small supermarket on one side (with a pedestrian crossing in front of it leading towards the Promenade), Sweet Liberty Bar on the other side and Italian restaurant called Mattarello on the ‘ground floor’ of the Apartments. By car, arrive on the side road (between SH8 & SH81) behind the apartments beside the “Big Market” (supermarket) and the carpark driveway is beside this BUT the Host will meet you in this side street to direct you to the Underground Car Park and help with your luggage if you call/text him before arriving to ensure he is on site.

A wonderful location with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything you need is a few minutes' walk away. The owner Serxio is a super great character and capable manager at your service 24 hours a day. Fast and furious.

The location is the best in the city and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. You also have parking which is crucial in Saranda. The host is very friendly, speaks perfect English and he is always available. I definitely recommend!
