Location was perfect, beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful! The staff will park your car for you, which was extremely helpful due to the narrow streets.

Ferdinando :) is the owner he’s the best host in town!!! Very very kind man, he drove us to the bus terminal with his personal car for free and reserved two seats to continue the journey. The hotel is well located to reach everything by walking. The room was good with a double bed, air conditioner with small bathroom. It was very nice to see the decorations inspired in Albanian traditions.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They took their time to explain the history of the hotel and the city. The breakfast was very rich in the variety of food that they offered. The parking was handled by the hotel included in the price.

Lovely stay here in Berat and excellent value for money. Very warm welcome from reception (Ferdinand I think) who was very kind in offering to park our car for us on the narrow street outside the property. Comfortable room and nice breakfast spread. Great location. Thanks!

The bathroom setup is a bit weird, not easy to take shower. The water pressure is a problem too, but it’s manageable.

Great location that is very close to everything, great staff that are extremely helpful, great breakfast that you get more than enough to eat. It’s a perfect place to stay for a couple of days at least.

really kind and flexible staff. the location is amazing, super close to all the old town interest and local shops/restaurants. the room was pristine and bed was so comfy. extra points for the most amazing breakfast, so yum!! :) overall just great value for money

In the summer I prefer sleeping with open windows instead of using an air-conditioner. Unfortunately, it was too loud outside and I woke up too many times,but it wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Beautiful historic building in the centre of the city, the room was also great and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. All in all, I can totally recommend this hotel.

Very caring personal, perfect location. The car was parked in front of the hotel by the owner. The breakfast was really good. It was our first night in Albania and definitely one of the best. Highly recommended.

On Booking.com it said that this hotel accepts credit cards but it turned out they didn't, so I was obligated to withdraw money from an ATM with more than 6€ charge

The kind and helpful people of the hotel. The boss even parked my car in front of the hotel. Breakfast was real nice and plenty full. The location is perfect, close to many cafés and restaurants
