All the outlets turned off when you removed the key from the holder so you couldn't charge things when you weren't in the room.

It was excellent overall. Staff was friendly. Room was amazing.. Bed was comfortable. Beach front was nice. Breakfast was included and excellent. Price was fantastic. Wi-Fi was good. Hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced even.

The toilet didn't flush properly,noisy neighbourhood, construction work even on the beach.

Great private beach with sun loungers though they charge 15euros for them in high season, which is strange. Friendly staff.

Luxurious modern Hotel with private beach! Beautiful spacious rooms with cozy interior, comfy beds, clean and new bathroom. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of different choices and delicious homemade cakes that varied every day. The staff was super friendly, very helpful and had some nice recommendations on what to explore.

The outside of the hotel appeared very modern but unfortunately the bedroom and bathroom were very tired looking and needed updating in particular the bathroom where there was mould around the shower and the base of toilet was dirty. The breakfast was basement with no windows and the staff did not allow you to take your breakfast onto the terrace

The breakfast option were delicious and really great, but I can´t imagine having the same breakfast over and over, after four days it was still the same, so maybe it wouldnt be for somebody, who stays a week or longer, but for a few days it´s totally lovely.

I want to thank the stuff of the hotel, they were so nice and helpful! I arrived already feeling sick, had an food poisening and ended up in the hospital, in which the hotel brought us with the cab, for free, which was super nice. The hotel is very modern, clean, the beach is super nice, the drink and food prices are good.

Sometimes slow wifi, which could be improved since probably many guests don’t have albanian simcards/access to internet due to UE. But that is a minor problem when you’re on vacation, at least for us!

Lovely beach just outside the hotel with sunbeds for the guests. The beachbar has great drinks and coffee! A big applause for the staff in the hotel and restaurant that made our stay perfect :-) breakfast fresh and usually some variety from day to day. Beautiful views from the restaurant and balcony with seaview. Close to city Center by foot! Great markets close by.

Our room after arrival was not very clean. Hotel has a private beach for free. But better beds cost 50-60€ and its to much for hotel guest.

The hotel is really nice, the view was amazing and staff was fantastic. The hotel restaurant is the best restaurant that we visited in whole Albania.

We had to pay for towels to use on the beach (2€/day) and the laundry service was also very expensive.

Nice hotel by the sea, with big bedrooms, clean. The staff was all very nice (except maybe for the restaurant staff). We had access to chairs and umbrella on the beach and the beach was a very good one. The view from the balcony and restaurant was amazing.

There was new hotel construction noise on both sides, and it was a bit of a walk to/from the bus, but doable.

The room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff very attentive. There is a delightful neighborhood seafood restaurant within walking distance, Taverna Fish Fillipi, well worth waiting for a table.
