we had a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom... rather have had a shower is all. The hotel parking lot is a little difficult to find using google map. Once you are there you are good to go.

the breakfast was very good. It was all fresh and had some good variety even for traveling during the off season. really impressive setting and clean hotel grounds.

Location inside medieval castle walls. Lovely spacious room, clean and friendly staff.

The walls around the hotel give a castle feel to it that is very pleasant, complete with beautiful gardens and a restaurant. The room is ok, the bed is fine but the shower is not good. Breakfast is tasty once you locate staff to provide it for you. Maybe it is a low season thing, but there was no one around to check us out either.

I have to admit, we didn't expect much as we arrived as this was one of the cheaper hotels of our stay and we booked it as we were staying for a half marathon the next day. We were so pleasantly surprised, the location was absolutely perfect and literally a 5 minute walk to the centre. They had a resturaunt onside and it was a little courtyard with absolutely gorgeous architecture. Unfortunately we didn't stay for breakfast as we had to get to our race but the staff let us leave our bags until after the race. We had dinner in the resturaunt and the meat was absolutely delicious. The facilities were good, we had a nice balcony a really comfy big bed and a really large bath. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and I would also recommend Elbassan as it had alot of character.

We liked the vibe outside (in the yard) and how nice all the lighting was in evening. It's really an unique place to stay in. We tried the different traditional specialities at the dinner and it was so delicious, recommend to visit their own restaurant. The host was super friendly and helpful.

Tricky to find the parking but ok once you're there.

Robert the manager made an excellent job of a difficult situation. At short notice we had to be taken to another hotel for accommodation but ate at Real Scampis. Everything possible was done to make sure we had a good visit and were well looked after, thereby averting what could have been a very disappointing evening. The garden setting of the restaurant is very attractive.

The whole area (hotel&restaurant) was very groomed and nice. The location is also very good, as directly in the city centre. Breakfast was good, too. The room interior and decoration was nice.
