The eggs at breakfast was cold. No jug in the room. One staff member very unhelpful but the rest were good.

Second floor room was very inconvenient for my wife who is mobility challenged. A little noisy from nearby nightclubs.

Stayed on 2 separate nights, the air conditioning in the second room was faulty and it was so late when wew realised we didn't feel like complaining, especially as the room wasn't hot.

The area is great, lots of lovely bars and restaurants within a few minutes. The hotel is in a quiet tree-lined street and is central. There is a large terrace for drinks, though on this visit in early May there was no restaurant except for breakfast. Somewhere an interesting building visible from the terrace is mentioned; it is indeed an interesting building, as are very many in this really archjitectural city.

the wifi did not work in our room so we had to stand outside in the corridor to connect. wifi was fine in all the other areas.

The location of the hotel is just a short walk from the main sights. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There were both a heater and an air conditioner in the room. Our room 110 also had cooking facilities although no utensils. Breakfast served from 7 to 10am was regularly replenished and offered a choice of both hot and cold food.

WiFi connection was not the strongest in our room.

Perfect location to explore central Tirana with free parking directly across the street. Comfortable and clean room and good buffet breakfast.

The hot water couldn't take long time, my mother take the shower at the end the water become a little cold, after my mother's shower, I waited for a while for hot water for taking shower, at the end of my shower, the water also not hot enough. I hope this point could be improved. Others are very good.

Hotel is in the center, very near to everywhere. The service is very good, room also very clean and comfortable. The bar has good ambiance, the wine is very tasty.

Room needed more power outlets (or at least splitters) for lamps AND charging devices, an electric kettle, and better light seals around doors. Staff were inconsistent and quite aloof/cold on arrival and confusion over luggage storage policies on checkout.

Nice quiet location in Blloku with fairly spacious room and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast.

We were disappointed to be in what appears to be a new addition, the building next door, perfectly comfortable but not the same ‘boutique’ design and feel.

The breakfast service was a let down. Most of the time something was missing on the buffet: plates, bread, fruit,... Quality could have been better as well and the staff at the service did not give a motivated impression. Unfotunately, food then even got moved away already at five to ten.

The location is great with some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and in walking distance from everything. Secure parking is available. The room we had was modern and nicely decorated. The personnel we had direct contact with at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

Regarding the parking ( that is in front of the hotel) : , the checkout time was at 11 AM, and when we took the car at 12:30 PM, they charged an additional fee for less than 2 hours. It's not just about the payment itself, but given the hotel's standard and price, I expected more flexibility toward the clients in this regard.

Firstly, the location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast was also quite good.

We had a dirty extra pillow in the closet. But the service was good, as it was replaced immediately.

Breakfast was excellent with omelets, eggs, fresh fruits and very good bread. The staff was amazing and helped us with questions and made sure we are comfortable and happy. The location is perfect, since it's only 5mins walk from the city center. Shops, ATMs, Restaurants are close by. It was quite at night.

Everything was fine, we had issues with the parking because it's public parking and it doesn't matter if you are a guest of the hotel. Your car has to stay on the street until you have a free spot.

We liked the hotel and stuff. The terrace was great and breakfast included in the price was good as well. The location is great and in a very safe neighborhood close to a lot of cool bars and restaurants.
