The restaurant staff must be trained. (They are boring) I didn’t like that even the workers couldn’t light the fireplace for a long time, because the smoke was heavy in the room, and we had to stop it. Apparently the pipes were clogged.

Good location right on the mountain,you can enjoy nature and a delicious breakfast. Near there is a zip line and active recreation. The cottages are quite comfortable and spacious.The staff is very friendly, special thanks to the receptionist Hakop, for his professionalism and friendliness.

Around 3km there is no a normal road , and not every taxi will agree to take you there , but it’s not a fault of the hotel. B

The street was still incredibly bumpy, but we heard they are going to remake it soon (and with a good car and driver it's not a big problem). A big group of party tourists arrived late in the evening, in fact we were the only guests that didn't belong to that group - a headsup would have been nice beforehand.

The landscape and view are breathtaking, the air is pure, the food is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks English (which is not guaranteed in Armenia). They also have cute animals (cats, dogs, donkey, horses). We didn't take any of the activities because we were travelling with our baby, but I am sure the extreme park is extremely fun.

There was no fresh coffee available during breakfast, only sublimated coffee. Additionally, the road to the hotel for the last 5 kilometers was quite challenging. The path resembled more of a rocky trail full of rocks and holes rather than a proper road.

My wife and I had the most incredible weekend at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking landscapes of the surrounding mountains. The fresh air was a welcome change, and we instantly felt rejuvenated. The breakfast was a true highlight of our stay. Not only were the options healthy, but they were also incredibly delicious. It was evident that a lot of care went into preparing each meal. The horse riding walks were a truly unique experience. The opportunity to explore the area on horseback added an element of adventure and excitement to our trip. The landscapes we encountered were nothing short of amazing, and we were left in awe of the beauty around us. The whole weekend felt like a 100% recharge. Every penny spent was absolutely worth it. And what's more, the hotel offered a convenient transfer service from the hotel to Yerevan, which was a pleasant surprise. The journey, although about 3 hours, was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to our friendly and accommodating rider. Overall, we can't express how much we enjoyed our stay. This hotel provided us with the perfect weekend escape, complete with stunning scenery, delicious food, and memorable experiences. We're already looking forward to returning for another unforgettable getaway. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

it was clean and the design of the hotel was good. I really liked the view and nature beauty. Personnel spoke English and I didn’t have any problem for communication. They have horses and some Adrenaline park for exiting experiences

The matress for my child was too thin. King size bed is a little narrow too.

Very nice and quiet place in the mountains. Beautiful view from the rooms. Lots of activities like horse riding, hiking and zip-lines. And tasty food in local restaurant.

For a eco hotel they are not great at leaving the soap and towels they change them when they were hardly used.

I was here with my family. We met only friendly and helpful staff who was speaking English and/or Russian. The facility is beautiful with gorgeous views, clean and taken care for well. Food was delicious. We also enjoyed horseback riding and zipline. We highly recommend this place!
