Water of the pool was a bit cold, would have been nice if it was a few degrees higher as it was winter. Games - air hockey table only had one pusher. Rooms were very hot when we arrived, but we turned the AC off and opened a window to let most of the hot air out, 22 degrees Celsius is about as hot as a room should be no more than that. When we got there it was uncomfortably hot, but we sorted it out and the rest of the trip it was great. It is a bit far out of town, so you need to take a taxi to get anywhere, you cannot just take a walk to another restaurant or shops. There is one small shop next to the road a walkable distance from the hotel, but it is next to a really busy highway and the people there are driving dangerously on that road, don't know if I will walk there.

The hotel is really beautiful from outside. We liked the nice big spacious room for our family. Very hot shower water, we loved that. The breakfast was really good. We also had some food in the evenings, pizzas and kinkali was great. Nice swimming pool, hammam and sauna. We enjoyed it one night when we got the courage to get into the cool indoor pool water. Would have been really nice if it was a bit warmer in winter. Staff was very helpful. They always helped if we needed to book a taxi or if we needed food late at night. Good prices on food and drinks. Nice games room with seating area that we enjoyed every night.

If 5 stars had not been declared, then there would have been fewer questions. Guys, sorry, 5 stars?! There are very few towels per guest, no towels for the pool are provided at all. In a 5-star hotel, the staff is as invisible as possible to the guests - here they walk around chatting, smoking right in the workplace, dirty dishes are carried on a cart right through the guests' lounge area, because the wash room is next to the billiard room! The rooms seem to be cleaned well, but the public spaces are poorly cleaned - in the billiard room in the morning all the tables are dirty, there was no place to play board games with the child, the tables by the pool are dirty too. The sunbeds seem to be excellent, wide, but the mattresses are dirty, the nets under the mattresses are all torn. If you lift your head and look at the awnings over the tables by the pool, it's just dirt. Family rooms look attractive, but it is simply dangerous for children, you have to be on guard all the time so that the child does not fall off. Plus it’s very stuffy upstairs, although downstairs the air conditioning is working full blast. And it’s all like this: there is a dartboard hanging, but there are no darts. Well, darts cost pennies, guys! There is air hockey, but it is broken. There is billiards, but only one cue. There is a children's playground, but it is very broken. The water in the bathroom takes a long time to adjust and disappears after flushing, the sofa in our room was torn. The hotel need a good manager very much. The condition of the hotel needs to be monitored all the time! Now it seems like they built it and don’t do anything until it completely falls apart

The hotel was amazing.The room was very cozy and clean, the staff was very professional and friendly and always ready to help. The atmosphere was calm and the breakfast was delicious.Location and value for money are the most important aspects of this stay. We also liked the pool, it was really cool and fantastic there! I recommend it to everyone, especially families .

-extremely cold indoor pool. Pointless to go swimming after hours. -outdoor pool closes way too early -music at the pool is way too loud. This is a relaxing resort/hotel, not a music festival or concert, what in the world were they thinking? - buttons on the lift/elevator are sometimes unresponsive -doors to the room slam unless you close them carefully -location is kind of weird, far from the city center (20-25 mins by taxi) -reception seems understaffed sometimes. Had to wait for 15 minutes to pay for the room.

The rooms are clean, spacious and have high ceilings. Complimentary water, tea, and toiletries. The pool is rather nice, with swings (in the water too) attached to a bar (drinks not for free) half in the water, which was pretty cool. Lobby is nice, the Turkish steamroom was quite pleasant as well. Great bathroom and shower.

Logistics of the service in the restaurant and bar at the swimming pool Staff doesn't know the estimated time of readness of dish, they inform that they will bring dish, but later forgot to inform that IT is already ready and the quest should reprimand...some instructions for quests concerning service (payment, time of waiting, bringing of dishes or own receipt) in the bar of swimming pool and restaurant could be required.

Indoor pool freezing cold , room had ac leak in the ceiling , bed was not comfortable , far from center , they serve cocktails at the pool with plastic cups , ordered pizza was worst I have ever tried but it was around 3000 drams

We had a bad experience at checkout, after asking if we had something from the minibar (we said No) and waiting at the reception for minutes for someone's to check, they came back that a juice is missing from the fridge. We confirmed again that we didn't took anything from there, but the reception guy said again that is missing. We ask again to double check, because we are positively sure about our statement and in the end, even if the reception guy said we don't have to pay for it, the whole experience make us feel bad and for sure it's a NO return to this hotel. The problem in their procedures/ checking system for an hotel of 5-star on Booking, 4 star on Google-map shouldn't reach the clients /visitors!

Our stay was in low season. Areas for improvement... The indoor swimming pool was cold (went 3 times at different times of day and always cold). The walls between rooms are quite thin so can hear neighbours but didn't cause us that many issues as was low season. The games/billiards area could do with improving as well as the kids play area. For example, the air hockey tables didn't work. These were the only issues we had. The positives of this hotel far outweigh these minor points.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Staff always had a smile on their face and greeted you, especially at reception. The restaurant service was quick, good value and tasty. I liked how the indoor pool and sauna/steam room were 24 hours. Just need to give reception a heads up and they will make sure everything is running for you. Room service also 24 hours, good value and quick service even at 2am! The hotel decor was very spacious and grand with beautiful, traditional armenian touches. The maids cleaned the room every day and left fresh bottles of water. They don't disturb you if you are still in room and will wait until you are out which is great if you like a lay in. The mini fridge was well stocked and we were given complimentary cognac on arrival. The safe was new and large enough. Bathroom was very clean and room had a small sofa and coffee table. TV was big samsung TV. Plenty of parking and location is not too far from city centre. The view from the room balcony to mount ararat was incredible. We will definitely be coming here again as we felt very comfortable here due to the warm welcome by staff.
