South AfricaThe staff was awesome and they went out of their way to help and assist you whan you need help. The hotel manager Andranik spends a whole day diving me around in Yerevan to assist me with legal documents that I needed. This tipe of service is really unknown. Facility is in good condition and is really good value for money. I will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the summer weather and all the facilities at this hotel. I can recommend this hotel for single and family travelers.

United Arab EmiratesThere was no bidet in the toilet- but I guess it's the same all around the country anyway, so, it's not a big deal.
The room was amazing, it felt like being in medieval times :) the breakfast was great too. We enjoyed listening to their in-house pianist, Artem every night while having Armenian Cognac in the lobby. They have both indoor and outdoor pools, so guests can enjoy a dip in the pool any time of the year. The whole complex was stunning, it transported us back in time and we did not expect it to be this awesome! Everyone in the hotel was so warm and accommodating. The GM, Andranik gave us our first taste of their famous Gata (Armenian sweet), the receptionist Nvard, the waitresses, Susan & Marine, as well as the barmen (Edward, Arthur & Andranik) treated us so well. Anahit, the Sales Manager was so helpful. She recommended great tours with a very good tour guide, Mavel and she also supported us find a nearby and best rate PCR Testing centre.

We visited Armenia for the first time and we had booked in Caucasus for 4 Nights. 3 Nights in Deluxe Room and 1 night in the suite.. Before we reached Armenia we had few issues while applying for the visa and required booking PDF from the hotel and Elya from reception helped us with it.. she was super supportive and fast.. We reached the hotel late at night and we were welcomed by the most amazing person Anahit who gave us a free upgrade to a Deluxe room with balcony.. The room was awesome me and my wife loved it.. it was so clean and big was not expecting it to be so good.. The first morning we went for breakfast and didn't find anything of our choice and this was noticed by Anahit the Sales Manager and she asked us for our preference and made sure we get what we wanted for the next days this was a great gesture by her and a lovely initiative.. I don't think this happens in other hotel as I am a ex hotelier my self.. We wanted to eat authentic Armenian food and Anahit suggested us a restaurant in the city named Caucasus Tavern which was a great place with all the traditional dishes of Armenia and Georgia and was a value for money.. My wife and me enjoyed the food and visited the place 2 consequetive nights for dinner.. Another great gesture by Anahit.. we were served there by Sergey and Kharchik who were very friendly, warm and coordinative. There were few more staff which we would like to appreciate and thank one of them was the new GM of the hotel Ando who recognised us and came to us during breakfast and asked us about the experience of teh stay and if any suggestions.. Also Nvard from reception was helpful.. Lastly we asked for suggestions about Covid test from Anahit since our tour guide was taking us to a place where they were charging us 15k AMD. Anahit made sure she called several labs and found out for us the cheapest test for 9k and booked our appointment there. Anahit have supported us a lot and been the best host throughout our stay..

GeorgiaA semi-detached two-story room, with a railing through which a small child can climb and fall. UNDESIGNED! 4th floor without elevator! No one helped to lift things to the 4th floor without an elevator during check-in! The same goes for check out! The breakfast is very poor with green apricots! A lot of flies in the restaurant! The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars.

CyprusBreakfast goes separately and will cost you 5000 AMD but don’t expect 5-star hotel breakfast, more like 3star. No fresh juices at all. The dishes don’t have labels, so you can only guess what it is and what it contains. The flies were everywhere in the breakfast room. There was a problem with hot water, sometimes the pressure was low, sometimes there was no hot water at all. The mattress with every move felt like water mattress as it seems like it wasn’t connected to the bed. We stayed in the room with our 4 year old. And extra towels were not provided. By the checkout we were accused of stealing/breaking the glass (since when does 5stars counting the glasses thou?)). It was sorted out in the end, but kinda spoiled the day.
The location was good for us, as we don’t need the city center. However if you need it will take you roughly 25 min by taxi. The room size is good. Personell is polite.
