Very central location. Lovely big breakfasts. Tea and coffee available throughout the day and use of a fridge. Staff were very friendly, especially Alex. He even gave us some gifts from Armenia when we left 🤗 Recommended!

Fantastic family run small hotel. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Nice breakfast with lots of interesting Armenian specialties to try. Hotel is small so we were concerned that our kids were making too much noise. However, the owners were very understanding.

I booked this place for my family, and I could not accompany them on this trip. I want to make two separate reviews, one from myself and one on behalf of my mother. My review: I was very worried because my mother could not speak English, and I was anxious that she might face difficulties getting to the hotel and enjoying her stay. However, the Hotel manager, Alex, was very communicative with me and helped my family a lot to feel comfortable and have a great stay at their place. He really cares about his guests and makes sure you will enjoy your time there. I could easily reach out to him via WhatsApp whenever I needed any help. My mother's review: My experience at the hotel was wonderful. All hotel staff were nice and attentive. The place is very clean, and you have access to all facilities you need. The hotel and its yard are very beautiful. The breakfast quality is very good. I had an exceptional experience, and I must say it's not just about the hotel; it is mainly about the welcoming and friendly attitude of the hotel staff.

It´s family hotel and hole family and manager Alex was absolutely amazing. Very kind and friendly. They help us with everything. The hotel is absolutely in the center and the place is very quite. Breakfast was very good and every day was something different. I absolutely recomend and when I come back, I will be in Hin Yerevantsi hotel.

I can recommend this hotel 100%. Convenient and relaxed check in and check out, nice personnel, varied, healthy, tasty and somewhat regional breakfast options, quiet rooms, and an unbeatable location. It’s quite in the middle of old Yerevan , and the main street just outside the quiet yard is bustling, filled with drug stores, tiny supermarkets and fruit stores, clothing shops, and many many different cafes and restaurants. You can walk all day through the city center, but traveling outside of it is necessary to take in the whole city. Because of time restraints we used mostly GG app rides but the bus station is right outside, too, and there are many connections. Towards the outskirts to the many historic sites takes between 30-70 mins for the sites further away from Yerevan, and it‘s exciting that the mountain villages are just a few stops away.

It may be difficult to locate the property upon arrival - it is situated not on the main street, but you have to enter yard between big apartment blocks.

Perfect location, very pleasant hosts and tasty breakfast. Rooms are large and have a balcony, small but green garden. Everything is well maintained.
