Reception area very small. Everywhere small. Except my room is big. Breakfast place small. But after turning into a bar since evening, the atmosphere is good.

Looks like a simple hotel, but the facilities are complete. Staff quite helpful except the early shift man. Breakfast ordinarily good and enough. Location food.

Their break fast time starts only from 8. people who start their day little early, cant take Breakfast if its only starts at 8 AM.

The space is too small if you are with a kid. For couples its a ok. especially if you don't spend much time in the room. Republic square and other main centers are just walkable distance.

Amenities and Cleanliness; We stayed for 4 nights but we didn't received a refill of Coffee's & others stuff. They didn't clean our room properly. The water bottle is not free. They said we can drink on the faucet on the toilet because the water us clean -_-. OMG. I can't.. It's my first time to hear this. Staffs; Not all staffs can speak english, which is not good because we can't convey what we need. They are also kinda rude.

Good Location, It's walking distance from Republic Square and other tourist spots. Staff, Lillete (Lily) is very nice and pleasant. She also make sure that we are comfortable and provided what we need.

The bed was super uncomfortable. Every morning I wake up with pain in my back due to old mattresses. Rooms are not well insulated and you can hear almost every sound from outside.

The hotel location was perfect - walking distance to Republic Square, also a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff is super polite. The room was enough specious.

It is a good hotel close to the Republic square. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom has a decent shower. They offer some drinks and snaks in the frigde for fees in case you'd like to eat something without going outside. The breakfast is generally pretty good

The breakfast was minimal and repetitive, the room was a bit old and very basic.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The position couldn't be better, it was very central. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable

Have a bar,so noisy….,and u know most funny things when u speak Russian ,he will try to ignore u and say I’m not speak Russian,(when u saw his face ,u will know what meaning )even I’m not Russian.but at least I can speak it ,in this country not everyone use English so as a foreigner , we think talking to them with Russian ,is an act of respect.

Rooms need some soundproofing. You can hear everything on the stairs and neighbours rooms. Bed linen and towels are quite old, though clean. We had only 2 room service for 5 days.

Great location in the center of Erevan. Friendly staff. Decent rooms for the price. All facilities you need, even the toothbrushes.

It was a small, but decent hotel. Open 24 hours, staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day and wifi signal excellent. About a 25 minute walk to the main sights in Yerevan.

The mattress on my bed not really comfy seems getting down in the middle part. Maybe they need to provide bottle of water in the room as a welcome drink.

Location is great, safe,not noisy, near to the centre so we can walk around, the staff also so welcome.

The hotel has a very cute wine bar attached, and is surprisingly quiet in the middle of the city, if the room faces the inner courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be highly improved- change in shower curtains is necessary; there is some bad smell from the bathroom once in a while; there is no soundproofing. Suggest repainting the rooms as well.

Location, location, location. The hotel is in the very center of Yerevan. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and you’re close to all the main attractions

The location is excellent, the room contained everything I needed for a short stay, the staff is friendly, I had no problems checking-in in night time.

None. Maybe just some improvement needed in the shower room but still everything was fine during our stay.

The place is located at prime area. The staffs are superbly amazing. Victoria, Mariana and Rafael and our very special driver Karen. Thank you so much, it was short but a wonderful trip.
