Great location, well appointed apartment overlooking Sevan lake. Access to the lake and heated pool, restaurant on-site serving food all day. Very friendly staff.

Extra money for table tennis is so pettiness... It's called "family" resort, but there is little to do for small kids. Play room in the basement is full with broken toys, and no one takes care of them. The playground looks nice but is hardly usable. Breakfast starts way too late, at 9:30. There are almost no kitchen utensils.

The views! Lake Sevan is amazing! The on-site restaurant is quite good.

We have travelled through Armania and this was our last destination and definetely this was the best of all. The room, the staff, the facilities, the restaurant, the pool, the view, etc. are all fantastic! I can just simply recommend it. Great value for money!

The water in the toilet tank fills up only up to the middle, so you need several attempts to flush properly. The price could have been lower.

Clean and comfortable. The apartment is huge, and the view from the balcony is just perfect. Service is very friendly, breakfasts are quite good too. Unlike most of the hotels on Sevan lake, the beach is very nicely organized, and it is definitely not crowded (well, to some extent due to the prices, which are quite high).

Reception staff is amazing, any requests from setting up the right temperature in the cottage to arranging transfer to Erevan/Dilijan were arranged in a moment. Hotel restaurant prices might look a bit expensive but it has yummy kitchen and heart-warming staff that is worth every penny you spent there. Try crayfish kebab and fish gata!

We stayed on the 5th floor 5/2 apartment. Fabulous and unobstructed views of the lake from our TWIN balconies. Apartment was neat and clean and GOR (the receptionist) was always ready to cure any niggles that would crop up (like adjusting the geyser temperature) We were skeptical of the compound restaurant but the place was extremely cosy with a live bonfire INSIDE.....food was reasonable (better restaurants like Bohem Tea house in Sevan city center) All in all - ticked all the boxes and made our stay memorable

Wish it would be possible to stay there at the winter months. The linen is some kind of far from new (but perfectly clean and smells well).

Clean and comfortable place. Amazing surroundings. Very attentive and pleasant host. Local restaurant with a warm hearth and home taste dishes. Own strip at the lake shore with a nice setup. Possibility to rent a speed boat. Genius loki is the greatest there.

First of all, the view of Lake Sevan is so beautiful that even the best photos can't compare to the beauty and magic of Sevan that you can see from any point of this resort. The restaurant was truly amazing. If you like fresh vegetables, grilled fish and meat, you should definitely try it.

Nice place for staying in Sevan for a relaxed vacation. Huge family rooms with all the kitchen equipment you need. Beautifully decorated clean territory with a pool. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The views of the lake are the best from here.
