The triple room is very very big and comfortable. The hotel is in a very nice street and area. For families with kids: 2 super play grounds within short walking distance. The personnel is super friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a little bit noisy because of the narrow street and the old busses. During the night the windows should be kept closed but as the individually controlled AC works properly it‘s not a big deal.

The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. The rooms and lobby are nicely deorated with an asthetical sense.

However...I had requested two rooms near one another because our group was 3 women traveling together. Two women were to stay in the one room, and one in the other. We did NOT get rooms even on the same floor. My room was very small which is okay for 1 person. And it had a balcony with no chairs. The other room on another floor was clearly NOT rennovated with no balcony. (The pictures of both of them showed the same room, which was mine, not theirs). It had an awkward arrangement of beds and closet space, and the ac did not work because no one had checked the batteries. That room also had a very small fridge and no ice maker. If this had been the only room I saw, I would not have been pleased.

Reception staff is always pleasant and helpful. As we are all US citizens with some experience in the Buenos Aires area and a fair competence in the language, we did still appreciate their help in getting taxis to airports and a tango show. This location in Recoleta is perfect and safe for tourists. There are mini-markets, food stores, shopping, and movie theaters within easy walking distance. The AC worked well, very cool yet very quiet. My room was always very clean, super modern, and attractive. This renovated room is just perfect for one or a couple.

The only thing that could be improved is the curtain of the window on the opposite side of the studio. That curtain do not block sunlight enough and in early morning the room is affected by the sunlight. The curtain next o to the bad block the sun completely. But the other, at the opposite side don't. But anyway, this place is really nice and I highly recommend

Location is the best part of this place. Also, the girls of front desk are so kind and help us in everything. For sure is a good choice and recoleta is the best neighborhood of BA. I highly recommend this neighborhood and this place. Much better than downtown

There was no English channels on the TV, remote and a few power points were broken. No microwave. But these downsides were minor given the great premises, location and price.

Great location in a very safe area. Recoleta is a beautiful historic place to stay and Casa Bevant is good standard, well priced accomodation in a good size, comfortable, bright and modern studio. Staff very helpful.

We chose Casa Bevant as the base for the Baires parts of our Argentina travel. We spent 7 nights there in total and loved them all. We were able to leave our stuff in the hotel when going to the waterfalls and then again when travelling to Patagonia, a great help. The hotel is located in a nice part of Baires, walking distance to the Recoleta cemetery and the lively area of bars and pubs close to it. There is a huge supermarket nearby as well as a number of (breakfast) restaurants and of course bakeries (the Argentinians seem to have a sweet tooth). A Western Union is across the street. The reception ladies are very knowledgeable and helpful (the suitcases we left were already in our room when we arrived late from Iguazu), there is a small refreshment area in the lobby and it smells amazing :) The beds were very comfortable and the room always clean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and a safe is available. It is also very safe as you have to chip yourself in and out of the hotel. We loved using the buses and it was easy to travel around the city from Casa Bevant.

location in recoleta area is great, in a safe and clean area. the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. we’ve arranged a transfer from the airport and it went very well. reception is 24/7 available and gave us good tips.

The room is large with everything you need. The hotel itself is in the middle of the lovely neighborhood with cafes, groceries, and public transport in close vicinity. I will stay with them again when I return to Baires.

Location in Recoleta is great, close to bars and restaurants. A boutique hotel with nice decor. Good shower and double bed.

If we have to be extra extra picky and give a couple of ideas, we would improve the scent of the shampoos in the bathroom (they really don't smell pleasant) and the condition of the (free) bicycles. Also maybe consider having free hot water (if someone want to make their own tea) or a free water fountain.

Everything. Most importantly the stuff and their kindness and professionalism. Great location, facilities, cleaniness and respect for hygiene. They allowed us one free laundry (they gave us some detergent) and let us use the washing machine and drier! Thanks!!
