No complaints. Missing a spacious sitting room for guests but there’s an addition to the hotel being built which will provide open spaces, we were told.

Spectacular views of Nahuel Huapi lake and surrounding mountains from our 3 level suite and the lodge’s dining room. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Clean. Excellent restaurant. Very friendly staff.

We liked everything

It got the most beautiful view and incurable big windows, the people are really nice and helpful, good food, nice warm swimming pool and direct acces to the beach. Not far from the centre but also tranquil. Nice lighting around the complex by night. Yes, we will come back there!

Everything was excellent!

We stayed together with my 7y.o. son. Hotel exceeded our expectations despite we are used to good 5star hotels. Actually it was one of the best hotels during our 2.5 weeks trip in Patagonia. Room was very nice, well designed and clean, with all necessary things provided. Hotel has free parking in the territory. Personal spoke English, and was very friendly. Hotel also has a very good restaurant with a nice view on the lake, a bit expensive for Argentina, but it really worth. During the stay hotel paid a lot of attention to small things - they put a flag of your home country in front of the room.:) We were leaving early in the morning and hotel proactively prepared a lunch box with snacks for us. And by the way the breakfast we also tried and was also very good. We liked our stay so much that we decided to come back and to stay for one more night (luckily they had a room available). We’ll definitely come back again. Thank you!

It was a shame we had to get a taxi into town each time, but it was easy to arrange and the taxi’s were cheap and the drivers very friendly.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The restaurant was amazing. Great food, great service and great views.

There is currently construction going on both next door and to a lesser degree on site. The hotel has worked hard to mitigate this situation, and we didn’t find it distracting during our stay.

The Charming is truly that! Its lake setting provided stunning views, yet its location makes for easy access to the town center and the Circuito Chico drive outside Bariloche. The rooms are spacious, and the sauna, steam bath and whirlpool tub with a lake view in our bathroom was a luxury treat. The three course menu in the restaurant is a gourmet experience, and finally, the staff is gracious and welcoming.

The furnishings are a bit oldfashioned. But everything is clean and comfortable.

The view from the room was fantastic. You could see the mountains from the bed. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was very large, very good possibilities to store luggage.

Amazing Spa facilities: sauna, steam room, jacuzzi... And the view is simply out of this world. Breakfast was also incredible and the staff goes the extra mile to accommodate and help make your trip as good as it can be.

Only 5 seconds of hot water in jacuzzi.

The view from the rooms (which all have a terrace), the amazing breakfast and the VERY helpful desk staff who helped us figure out how to fully experience the area all made this place superior.

Would be nice if the rooms had more power outlets, as they only had one behind the TV and one in the bathroom sink. Ideally there would be a couple by the bed.

The service was exceptional at every moment, from the reception staff to the restaurant staff. The restaurant itself is also amazing. Finally, the views from here are spectacular.

We were there during a very hot period and the air con struggled slightly and got quite noisy and clicky if left on for a period. We were in room 53 and were opposite a bar over the road which played music outdoors until quite late, so maybe avoid that if you're looking for an early night. Also the thing we found most strange was the room had an adjoining door which was not soundproofed at all, meaning you could hear almost anything from the adjacent room. Not sure if that was the same everywhere or we were just unlucky. The shower and bathroom could also do with a bit of a refresh.

An absolutely beautiful spot on the lake with a stunning view from nearly everywhere on the property. They seem to be extending the hotel at the front, so the construction slightly blocks off part of the view from the restaurant terrace though . Easy access down to the lake and pool and the greenery everywhere was really nice. The bed and room itself were both very large and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was all absolutely lovely for dinner and also breakfast!

The breakfast was OK but have expected more variety for a 5 stars hotel, it was very limited. The gym is a small room and too hot to do a workout.

Beautiful place, we had a big room including all sorts of facilities (in room sauna and jacuzzi with amazing lake view) . Very comfortable bed and bath. We loved the view from the windows (first row to the lake) and enjoyed the stay at the room and in the area around. The restaurant food was delicious as were the breakfast eggs. Wonderful staff - very nice and helpful, especially Alexandra!

beautiful property with everything you need. the staffs were all super helpful - dropping by our room to fix our broken baths and always ensuring we have a towel at the pool. the restaurant was also fantastic for a good price. highly recommend this place
