The property is due for a clean and polish. It often smelt mouldy. Internet was patchy and in room tv not watchable du it reception issues.

Location and staff were great. The included breakfast was nice. Set up and facilities is also good.

The aircon wasn’t working properly so sleeping was uncomfortable due to the heat, and the doors all have gaps between/underneath so whatever cool air we did have was going out the door

The noisy drunk smoking people in the main pool. My kids couldn’t swim because of this

Some may say the property is a bit aged, however, I Dont mind the lived in feel as its reflected in the cheaper price. My only real complaint would be the abysmal wifi, it was pretty much non-existent in my room on the second floor. This experience varies depending on the room you're in.

Good accommodation offered in an excellent location. Cheap breakfast and accommodating staff. Nice pool areas, with a swim up bar in the main pool and pool table available by the rooftop pool. Travelled as part of a large group and the hotel is suitable for children and child-free guests alike.

really depends on what you expect.....the rooftop pool is a great addition and the Bali full body message really great....I am not the one to find fault where there is none - unless you expect a 5 star hotel which it is not (could do with some paint and minor outdoor repairs)

Value for money, great location, good facilities, very good food/breakfast. Perfect base to explore Kuta (or for late evening arrivals).

The darkness, in room and even garden was a little overgrown. Roof top pool great except the ladder to get in and out was hard and needed more rungs on it.

The first room air con didn’t work and the room seemed older/ more run down. Second room on same floor was much better

Unfortunately our shower was full of mould and didn't drain so the water was just sitting in the bottom of it.

The location was central to the area we knew so we could get around easy. The room was large enough for three adults.

Bathroom dark, the light and fan switch is one and the same but the fan made a high pitched squeaking sound like a rooster in the ceiling. Kind of funny but annoying after a while. Maybe that was just our room.

Lovely pool area, location is the winner for this property. The rooms are tired with bathrooms that are quite dark but it was clean. We don’t spend much time in the room so it didn’t really matter. The housekeeping each day was excellent. Breakfast was awesome in some days and average in others. Overall, good value.

Air con wasn’t working properly in our rooms (x2)and the smell from the drains in the bathroom were terrible, tv and phone not working properly either.. The hotel overall really does need maintenance it’s getting way too old. I love the hotel and staff but I think we will be choosing other accommodation now until there is some improvement on the rooms (sorry)

About time the hotel updated the tv programs to be more suitable ie news, latest movies and more channels to pick from. I’m sure this would not be expensive for the hotel to instigate. Make it more appealing for the older guest that does not want to walk the streets or drink in pubs etc all day.

Have stayed many times but this time it was five years after Covid.
