I love this luxury hotel and this is where I always stay. I rent a car at the airport at arrival and return it before check-out.

When you arrive, you are transported into a perfect dream. This is an exclusive luxury mansion where all rooms are beautifully laid out in period furniture, and no two are alike. Peace reigns in this exquisite neighborhood outside Buenos Aires, San Isidro. The staff are unbelievable. Nowhere have I been as well received and pampered as here, from Paris to China. The food is wonderful, the menu is extensive, and will be served in your room if you so wish. This Plantation home, so gorgeous, is the preffered location where brides come to dress and have their photos taken in the gorgeous gardens and rooms.

Had the feeling that the room had humidity. It is an old house, with many and old trees so it does not get a lot of direct sun light. I also recognize that it is also part of the experience of living in such an old house.

The house was built in 1892, so of course there will be challenges with outlet locations.

Beautiful property and a great breakfast. The towels were so lush and housekeeping made up the room twice a day. Neighborhood and surrounding area is excellent.

The house needs a little "polishing" to do it more justice - it could easily be off the charts fantastic if that were done with taste, and perhaps they might consider potting/planting some plants that are known to repel mosquitos that were noticeable - but in all other regards a "find".

The house is a charming colonial(ish) style house in San Isidro so away from the madding crowd. The rooms were large, the in-house food was very good and the staff attentive. The internal pool was smallish but pretty and the courtyard garden pleasant.

The only fault was that there was no kettle in the room.

It was lovely to stay in a period property where the decoration of both the public areas and bedrooms were in keeping with its age. It was also very tranquil and situated right by the cathedral. The staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.

It was my partner’s first time in Argentina and I wanted to take him somewhere special for his birthday. After months of looking for somewhere to stay in the City centre and not finding anything special enough, I remembered of the beautiful houses in the Casco Histórico de San Isidro and it was then when I found Hotel del Casco. From what I could see on the pictures, it was an instant yes and it did NOT disappoint! If anything it surprised us even more!! The architecture, the service, cleanliness, breakfast, everything was OUTSTANDING! We enjoyed the pool, the sauna, the cocktails and an INCREDIBLE breakfast in the morning. We genuinely had the best stay ever! Can’t recommend this place enough. Location is great, loads of bars and brilliant restaurants nearby plus a lot of history right on your doorstep.

I was shocked to discover that the spa and massage treatments no longer exist, although the web page extolls them. I booked in that hotel because of the spa and feel totally gipped. The lighting in my room was very bad, probably due to the walls, the paintings and the furniture all being very dark. The hotel couldn't provide stronger light bulbs. The furniture in my room was extremely shabby. And uncomfortable.

Breakfast was fine, but the staff don't know how to cook a runny poached egg. The many plants were in excellent condition. The internal patio is very pleasant.
