How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room only had one small window, which made it rather dark. Lighting in room and bathroom is dim. Small bathroom does not have space to hang towels or place toiletries. Other than one desk chair, the only place to sit is the bed. The price seemed a little high for the space, although it is very convenient to the airport.
Eze Inn was very close to airport and owner provided transportation to and from for us, which was great. Room was clean and comfortable in quiet, safe neighborhood. Snacks and drinks were provided in the room for a nominal fee. There was a small shopping center nearby. It is family owned and staff were very helpful with wifi issues/access so we could check in for our flight. Yard had seating and pleasant area to be outside. Beds were comfortable.

I shall suggest one more chair in the room - total of 2 works better. On the other hand the luggage needs to be placed on the floor and/or bed - I believe that it is appropriate to include the facility to place the luggage. There is space in the room for that.
An excellent option for 1 night. If you are just connecting in Buenos Aires, Eze Inn is perfect. The area around is a very good surprise as well. Everything worked !! And the shuttle service is a real excellent bonus.

Only one choice nearby for evening meal (one cafe) with only a Spanish menu and no credit card facilities. It's right out of the city but incredibly convenient for short stopovers in between flights.
So close to the airport with a free pick up and drop off. Wonderful owner who was extremely helpful and friendly.

All was good.
Staff is excellent. They go out of their way to be helpful. Clean well appointed rooms. Great security in a quiet neighborhood. Snacks in room for sale at fair prices. They have a shuttle service to airport and it served us well both ways. We loved this place. They have a breakfast you can buy on site. There is a nice restaurant about 5 minute walk away.

Our taxi driver had difficulty finding a the hotel, which is really 3 rooms and a dining area in a suburban area. The GPS didn’t help. He had to ask three times for locals to assist.
Airport shuttle was an excellent service, with good communications with driver via WhatsApp. Breakfast starts at 7.30, too late for early flights. Only 10 minutes from the airport. We were given contacts for local food to be delivered, and the food was over generous, and delicious. The manager made my evening by delivering plunger coffee and hot milk!

I suggest including at least fresh fruit, fresh bread, fresh cakes, and/or fresh ham and cheese at breakfast. Although the lady preparing the breakfast was very kind, the breakfast quality is low.
The hotel offers free transportation to the airport. Great service. The room was comfortable and quite large. Staff is nice and helpful.

Just did a 6 hour get my head down before a flight check in but amazing. The lady at the desk(didn’t get her name) was amazing with her explanation and details of our shuttle back to airport. The bed was very comfortable.

Close the the airport, the taxi to the airport was arranged by the Inn and was included in the price. We even had to leave at 2:30 in the morning. Bed was comfortable, and everything seemed well cleaned.

Excellent boutique hotel really close to the airport, great for having to fly out the next day after arriving on a late flight. Awesome breakfast and transportation by the owner to and from the airport included. Extremely clean and comfortable room! Highly recommend this little hotel for any airport layover needs :)
