Restaurant was beautiful but food not great - definitely overpriced. Coffee was very bad.

Free shuttle every hour to Ezeiza which only takes 5 minutes, excellent staff and small play area for young children. Comfortable beds.

Although I had sent the hotel 2 requests regarding a shuttle pickup the hotel did not reply. Not very good for customer relations. The corridor leading to the room was very dark. In fact I had to use my mobile phone torch to see the key pad.

Great location for travelers and shuttle service to Ezeiza airport. Good breakfast options and wide menu for room service. Hand sanitizers available everywhere. The pool is nice, the only downside is the sun does not reach it in the afternoon.

Staff not particularly helpful. I did not get the wake up call I had requested, the airport shuttle that was suppose to start at 4 am was not available until 5 am, and the taxi I requested the night before was 15 min late. I suspect they did not book it with enough advance. They were also unwilling to exchange a few dollars so I could pay the taxi with local currency.

Proximity to Ezeiza Airport, nice clean rooms, wonderful beds and linens.

Your shouldn't allow the hotel to advertise airport shuttle unless they tell you it's only once ON the hour. You stand and wait and wait once you have your luggage. Our room was on the top floor. The air conditioner was noisy and it didn't cool the room at all. Luckily a window opened a bit but when we turned the AC off to sleep there's an incredible noise from above, the main AC for the building. Way too loud to sleep. Finally after much back and forth they gave us another room to sleep in as we didn't want to move everything late at night. When we went to get back in our original room they had cancelled the key so my husband is down at the desk in his night clothes. When I'm checking out there's a charge for the bar on my bill. We ate in the bar but didn't charge it to the room. Someone scammed them by giving a room number and it happened to be ours. Luckily they'd taken our signatures when we came in and it didn't match so it was reversed. I asked for some compensation for our trouble but they couldn't give any so they said but they offer us a private shuttle to the airport, fine. We came down at the allotted time, no transfer. Oh no, can't do it until a certain time, too late for us. It was a scam too. Too frustrating, couldn't wait to get out of there.

Linens had stains, as well as one of the chairs. The shower was old, little water coming out, changed from boiling to cold so it was not easy to enjoy. The room had a good size but relation price vs. accommodation didn’t meet the expectations.

The staff was very attentive and friendly and thanks to inconvenience happened during dinner (plastic in my dinner) I received it complimentary as well as breakfast. Well done regarding decision taken due to what occurred.

The restaurant hours and selections were limited.

The customer service was excellent. We arrived after an all night flight and they provided breakfast immediately upon arrival, as we would miss breakfast the following morning due to an early departure. Very clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was very appreciated, so we didn't have to arrange a taxi at 3am the next morning!

Room was a little dated, shower was very difficult to keep at a constant heat. I had specifically booked here because they have a pool but was told that it was only open at 10am! I can understand that if you have children and want a lifeguard there, but surely adults should be able to swim at any time when they’re not cleaning it. Restaurant El Mangrullo had excellent food (very large portions!) but I was told that they opened for dinner at 8pm, which was slightly late given that I had been up very early that morning . Imagine my surprise when I arrived at 8 only to find 4 tables already occupied, clearly having started earlier! Staff were pleasant but their English is minimal so be careful how you order as misunderstandings are quite possible. Slightly disappointing for an American hotel chain.

Location was good, close to the airport and shuttle bus was welcome, although its frequency (hourly) is not ideal and so I had to use a taxi on one occasion. Staff on reception were very friendly and efficient.

Staff need to be re-trained on guests' reception. Location is not at all close to the airport as the name might suggest. There was no room service menu, we had to call to get one, and no complimentary drinking water. Thank God we were there for one night only.

The air conditioning did not work either night we stayed. Others complained about it, too. Maintenance was sent but it still did not work. Changed to another room and the air conditioning still did not function properly.
