Father in law was in a wheel chair. There was no wheel chair access out of the hotel. Thus if he wanted to go and see other locations ; he would need to take a taxi. Which is ridiculous. I would thought that Genting Highlands would be a lot more disable friendly. There is a walkway to the other buildings, however would need to climb a flight of stairs. I assume making a ramp wouldn't be too difficult?

Rooms were pleasent, not great, but just alright. Felt was getting a bit grotty but acceptable.

Took very long to get the new room after paying RM5 for early check in (got the new room at 5pm+). In the booking with booking.com, we requested a double bed/queen size bed but got a room with 2 single beds instead when checking in using the check-in kiosk. Better to check in at the reception to request for the bed type than using the check-in kiosk which doesn't allow us to select the room type (though there was a staff standing next to the kiosk to assist with the check-in and we did ask for the room type to him). Basic toiletries provided: hand-wash, 2 in 1 shampoo and shower wash, toothbrush and toothpaste. It will be good to provide shower cab and sanitary bag for ladies to use.

The staff at the check in kiosk didn't explain clearly on the early check on process. When we did the check in at the kiosk, it didn't assigned the room based on the bed type we requested during booking. We had to wait till 5pm+ to get the room with the bed type after paying RM5 for early check in. Buffet is at First World Hotel which is a far walk. Selection of food at the Food Factory (buffet) was limited and not nice.

Spacious room, prompt housekeeping and a lady manager came to ask if her staff had make up our room. We had the top floor and a good view of the outdoor theme park.

Checking in staff in receptionist should listen carefully to what customer is requesting. Mistake is made while checking in hotel.

The hotel name is not clear. Had difficulty to locate the hotel. Took us sometime to locate. Resort World Genting or Resort Hotel? Room is basic. No wifi and no bottle water in the room. The light in the toilet was not bright with basic amenities and very spooky. Not worth the amount paid.

The only good thing is location - connected to the mall and entertainment area.

NO WIFI in the room. Had to wash our own cups. No replenish of new ones. Staffs don't really understand English. It's a walking distance to Sky awana.

It's very near to theme park. Room is big. Like the concept of wardrobe connect to toilet. We can get our clothing in the wardrobe from toilet itself.

We must've tried calling the reception about 5times during our trip and not even one call was answered. We were placed in an adjoining room - and the occupants of the next room were mad drunk and kept banging on the adjoining room door at 5am - nobody picked up at all or bothered with helping

The rooms are quite old, there is no wifi in the room. There was someone smoking in the nearby room and we could smell it in our room. Clearly says no smoking sign on the door, but the rule is not enforced.

The weather in March/April is slightly warm. The rooms are not air conditioned, felted warm in the day.

The room is spacious enough for 2 pax stay. Location wise is nearer to the old Genting area, slightly distant from Sky avenue. But still manageable to walk over. There is a 24hr mart at the lobby, convenient to get water and tidbits.

Before covid and after the covid, no upgrade has been done to the room. Still the same TV and interior design. And the housekeeping kinda slack off. Found a empty takeaway, container(possible left by previous guest) in the fridge when I check in.

The hotel is far away from the noise and busy first world hotel and indoor theme park. Making it like a exclusive area.

Was disappointed with the checkin timing , Checkin time was at 3 pm but have to wait till 4.45pm than can collect the keys . The bath room shower water was not hot in the morning and there was no wifi in the room.
