The bedding & linen etc are all very old. The towels they give out dont actually absorb water. They tried to suggest we had stolen a towel when we checked out - rude, and laughable, considering how manky they were. This isn't a party hostel as such, but the staff don't enforce the quiet hours, so quietness will be the luck of the draw based on other guests. There was a super loud group one of our nights, others were nice and quiet.

Comfy beds in the rooms. Lovely communal spaces, the courtyard is a pretty place to hang out and spend time. The location is perfect, 10 mins from the bus terminal, 5 mins from the main plaza, and the road is pretty quiet. The breakfast is the best hostel breakfast we've had in our 5 month trip. Generous, and a good variety of items. Eggs, cheese, ham, bread, juice, cereals, milk, cake, yogurt, fruit, biscuits. The poor reviews of this part of the hostel baffle me - what more do you want!

We had a wonderful stay at Mora Hostel! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were very kind and helpful. The laundry service was very affordable and easy (they washed and then you hung your clothes to dry on the provided clotheslines). The breakfast was good and easy self-serve. The courtyard of the hostel was really nice to eat meals or relax. The location was really convenient for walking around Mendoza. We booked two of their excursions as they were much more affordable than the options we found online, and had a great time on both (excursions did require cash payment).

There was no atmosphere, although we were there during the week and I suppose its low season. Also they're doing renovations so at one point there was only one bathroom downstairs for the whole hostel.

The staff here are so lovely and friendly and generally just make the whole thing feeel great. Loved the outdoor area, and everything felt really safe and bright and airy and nice to spend time in. Some friends visited and then immediately changed their hostel booking to stay here instead.

The location is perfect, 10 min walking from Mendoza Bus Terminal, good places to eat and drink nearby, good prices around also. The staff is GREAT! Very nice people! Breakfast is excellent for the price, a lot of bathrooms, bed is comfy and the locker works fine. The laundry service was perfect, very cheap and they delivered my clothes in 30 minutes.

We had a double room with private bathroom. It was very narrow with a noisy AC. Towels were not absorbent at all.

Everything! The people there are amazing. They even helped me to contact the police because my wallet got stolen in the bus on the way from Buenos Aires to Mendoza. But also the room and location was perfect for us (near to the city, to the bus Station and to rental car companies) - if we come again to Mendoza we would stay there again!

Be nice to have a designated smoking area outside, I hate breathing it in, and had to breathe other people’s smoke a lot. Also thought the layout of room 5 needed work. Like a bedside table, and more thought about how people charge their devices (I ended up kind of sleeping with my devices which isn’t comfortable).

Really nice staff (especially Luciana - give her a raise!!). The property has been nicely maintained. Nice to have breakfast there. Location excellent

It's a cute hostel with a nice garden. We liked to relax a few days in the garden and cook for ourselves at night. Als, the people working in thehostell helped us a lot with getting tour guides for daily activities.

The garden is a great place to hang outside. There is a resident cat too. Room with french windows and bath were great. Location is close to bus station and restaurants. Staff was wonderful. Cold beverages sold on site. Ping pong table.

The biggest problem for me was the noise, people kept talking very loud until 3 in the morning and the staff didn't tell them anything. When I got up and asked personally to tone it down though they did.

Facilities in the rooms were very basic with no towels. Rooms are not very soundproof so can be very loud at night. We were woken up at 4am by someone shouting outside the hostel so wasn’t a very restful stay. Breakfast was very poor so we decided to go to a restaurant instead.

Great location right in the centre of Mendoza. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel itself was also quite nice. We stayed in a private room which was small but comfortable and had a balcony. There’s a nice outdoor terrace area where you can have some drinks.
