Very friendly, communicative staff! We had a late flight on the day that we checked out and the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk while we went out for a last day sightseeing, and we were able to use the gym/common area to freshen up before we left for the airport -- invaluable before a long flight. Otherwise a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend!

It was very well located in the heart of Recoleta. The room was large and well appointed with a massive comfortable bed and a terrific shower. Breakfast was varied and tasty. There is a lovely terrace on the roof to chill. The staff, particularly Julia, were friendly and helpful and helped us with the intricacies of Argentinian foreign currency exchange. As a boutique hotel with only 11 rooms, you feel ‘at home’. Couldn’t have been better.

The location was ideal, the hotel itself is small but beautifully kept, the rooms are spacious and the roof terrace is lovely. More than anything, the staff went above and beyond to assist and make our stay and easy as possible.

The room was huge, two double beds and a giant bath tub. It felt like a little piece of luxury in the city. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Also a good location.

My room had two small windows overlooking the back of another building. Not a great view. Summer in Santiago is hot - what a pity they could not incorporate a small swimming pool somewhere. The taxis that the hotel arranged, were substantially more than Uber. I struggled with my credit card on the Uber App and relied on the front desk to help. They could not explain why the taxis that they arranged were so much more expensive.

Breakfast was excellent. The neighbourhood is reasonable, but inner city area, covered in graffiti. The hotel inside is beautiful and the en-suite rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The roof terrace restaurant and bar is superb, with excellent dishes on the menu.

Lack of responsibilities to the guest

The room was nice and clean, we had the biggest suite, but the electricity in the main bathroom end up dead short, inside the box, and again and again , and 1 of the times we stay without energy in the whole apartment. The staff went upstairs, said it was “safe” but they would send someone. We were asleep during that particular time, they didn’t mention again and now they blame us for the unfortunate case.

Everything. Comfortable and also amazing staff. I really felt like I was home and we will continue to come here over and over. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, well decorated and kept. Everyone at the reception is so kind and go out of their way to help you.
