Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Arab EmiratesRoom size is compact but suitable to manage 2 people in the room coming back to rest in their space. They have nice balconies but the furniture is incomplete as they kept one chair per table for double rooms. Towels are not in great condition, a bit overly used and washed… this gives the impression of using poorly presented towels. The hotel doesn’t present sustainable solution by using the existing shower amenities. Last but not least the arrival experience could have been better for me, but that wouldn’t be a reason for not returning to the hotel in the future.
I believe this an excellent proposition hotel for short stays or stays that you would spend considering most of your day outside the hotel. Location is great in the middle of one of the busiest areas in Beirut surrounded by so many dining options and in a walking distance to the sea side (zeytouna or corniche). Beds are comfortable. Most of the team (not all though) is very welcoming and hospitable. I believe Guest Satisfaction is a priority for them and they will make sure to attend well to your stay.

The staff are one of the best ever without exception , very friendly, willing to help at all time from the Porter to the manager, had a problem with the transportation company before my flight and Amine was on the night Shift he did his best to find me a solution and thanks to him I was on time for my flight. A big thank you for all the staff .
