Very comfy beds, lovely breakfast with freshly made eggs, good heating. The couple running the place were beyond helpful in giving tips, arranging reservations and with a small issue with our car. The location is also walkable downtown but I would say it takes 10 minutes and the way back is a partially uphill

The room was very clean and spacious. Excellent hosts who speak English fluently and provide extensive information. It is possible to book tours through the owners. Breakfast is very tasty. Good location, a ten-minute walk to the city centre. Perfect place to stay in Ushuaia.

Vanesa a Gastón are a beautiful couple with the best interest in helping you out for everything. The property is always clean and they always around to answer any question or find solutions for any problem.

This is a great B&B! 10-minute walk to Ushuaia's "downtown" area but out of the hustle and bustle. We drove and parked out front. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and other interesting travelers. Gaston gave us great hiking recs too. Highly recommend!

Gaston and Vanessa are charming and polite hosts. Thanks to them, my trip to Ushuaia is one of my favorites this year. They were attentive to my diet, recommended visiting places, and booked dinners and excursions. I highly recommend this hotel. I will be back shortly.

It's a little out of the way, but central Ushuaia is small and the walking is always pleasant.

The people who run Las Retamas are in credibly nice, very helpful, and will book buses, cruises, and other tourist activities for you. They also make en excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was good and well cooked, with fresh coffee, juice and eggs, , but there could have been a bit more variety

Super clean and very comfortable. The bed was excellent with a great mattress and plenty of bedding. Heating throughout was good, never felt cold once, despite it being right at the beginning of spring. Gaston and Vanessa could not have been more helpful, excellent advice on places to visit and eat, and the best way to change money to get the best rate.

We had a fantastic two night stay at Las Retamas. The hosts were top class. Gave us all the highlights of things to do and visit when we got in and different tips about the area. The breakfast was delicious and we really appreciated the early breakfast and coffee they put on for us before left early to catch a bus. The place is really clean and has great WiFi. Highly recommend!

This was clearly stated on booking.com when you reserve the room, but simply be aware that the bathroom is a shared bathroom.

Gaston is incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful. He gave me advice and recommendations as well as helping me book multiple tours and transportation in the area (prior to my arrival, as well as during my stay...in English made it much easier as well). He provided me with insights on the best food and restaurants to try, ATMs to go to, and much more. I felt very taken care of and really appreciate how he cared about my experience in Ushuaia. A very comfortable and family vibe!

The hosts are amazing and helped us with everything we needed during our stay in Ushuaia from booking transport to planning what to visit etc. They are super kind and made the B&B so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful and they even went out of their way to pack us breakfast to take with us the day our tour started very early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!
