We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArgentinaWe had the bad luck that the pool area was under renovation and we could not use it, in iguazu it is very hot and that was a big disadvantage. On the other hand, the breakfast is generally very good, however, I think the fruit could be improved, the fruit had no flavor and did not look fresh.
Great staff, always super friendly. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are large and very comfortable.

Front desk staff (Karim) was very friendly and provided me with directions and information regarding transportation, restaurants, and Iguazu National Park. The location of the hotel is a big plus.

FranceMy friend and I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Saint-George. Everything was perfect from the hotel crew to the location. The bedroom was clean and very spacious. You are not far from the main street for shopping and restaurants. If I had to come back to Iguazu, I would come back to this hotel.

CanadaThe room's furnishings are dated. Pool was just taken out of service for renovation. Great inconvenience with one elevator not working. Though our superior room was booked refundable, we did not check closer to our stay and paid almost double booking way in advance.
Breakfast buffet is great with lots of choices. Spacious lobby for relaxation. Site restaurant serves dinner till late. Location right in the centre. Safe to walk around the hotel as there are restaurants and businesses that open till late. Across from the bus station with buses going to the Iguazu Falls both sides.

PhilippinesExcellent location near the bus station. The hotel looks new and the room is clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, spacious room to lay out my stuff. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was satisfactory. I wish I had an extra day to try out their spa services. I paid via credit card as the cash options seems to have a premium.

CanadaThe check-in experience was very poor. Their English-speaking staff Karim was most unhelpful. We were given a poor quality room with road noise and noisy air condition. Even the inside door lock did not work increasing the risk. Thankfully the maintenance guy came in and agreed with our concern, but we lost precious time in the process.
After our noisy and poor quality room was changed, the new room was much better. The shower was very good. A kettle was helpful to warm up the water as we had throat infections. The room was spacious. The night auditor helped us to log in to the internet. The breakfast spread was very good.

United KingdomI only wish we were given more information about how to use the spa and book treatments.
The breakfast buffet was included and really good - some fruits, bread, pastries, yoghurt and granola, scrambled eggs and sausages, as well as meat and cheese slices. There was coffee and fruit juice too. The room was very spacious, a super king sized bed, and good air con. The receptionists were very helpful and helped us with our taxis to get to the Argentinian and Brazilian sides of the falls, and to get to the airport as well. My partner used the gym, so that clearly worked well. The hotel itself was modern, clean and located near lots of good restaurants.

United StatesThe in-room coffee maker is not usable unless you pay for the coffee, odd surprise. The breakfast is just okay: problem that pepper and salt shakers are empty, no dressing for the lettuce (asked for some olive oil and got some odd oil, maybe sunflower).
Lobby, room, garden area all well maintained and comfortable. Very convenient to be near the bus stations.

Amazing hotel with a great pool area just around the corner of the bus terminal and several nice restaurants. We got a free upgrade and really big room and breakfast was good & with lots of different things for everyone’s taste.
