The breakfast was very average. Instead of regular scrambled eggs, we had egg muffins, reheated in the microwave every day, tasteless and looked artificial. The selection of cold meats was very limited, as was the cheese selection. There was no coffee from an espresso machine, only from a thermos. The space where you can have breakfast looked very poor. The bread was frozen and reheated for each morning. I also didn't like the lobby, which was basically non-existent. The rooms were comfortable, but what was extremely strange was that there was no door to the bathroom. If you are traveling with someone very close to you, this is not a problem, but if you want to maintain privacy, in my case it was impossible to take a shower because the person in the bathroom was visible from the room.

The location is close to the Western Railway Station but in a quiet street, so there was no traffic problem. Very clean rooms, really polite staff. The room equipment is sufficient for a three-star hotel. 5 to 10 minutes' walk to the metro station, and tram stops right next to the hotel.

Only wish there would have been a little bit more choice for breakfast like scrambled eggs or ham and eggs. And maybe some lactose free products as I am lactose intolerant. But everything that was there was very good.

With a window open (which i prefer) it's too loud because of traffic from the main road nearby. Also construction site starts quite early on workdays, thankfully only 1 day of my stay. Remote control difficult to operate. All in all very nice hotel maybe better for wintertime when windows are closed.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, provided support for parking recommedations , breakfast was amazing, location is good near u-bahn and good for walking to the inner city. Street parking nearby available, guarded garage also.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Towels were changed every day. The staff was extremely friendly, they recommended restaurants in the area, and any problems with our accommodation were quickly resolved. I expected a bad breakfast based on the comments, but everything was delicious.

The room wasn’t exactly as advertised as there was limited space and sloped ceiling giving you not much room to step in or air. No blinds in the bathroom and 3 cranes right in front of your large bathroom windows. I suppose no blinds will be needed after the construction works of the building next door are over, although it would have been nice to have some privacy. Toilet is installed on unusually high level, not suitable even for tall people like us.

Location is very convenient, near a street with restaurants and shops, and near tram, underground and train stations at the same time. You can easily reach every point in the city. Friendly staff and good house keeping.

Just minorities but the shower is leaking when it's on, so the whole bathroom floor is wet afterwards. Also the lighting in the bathroom is very minimal, would be nice if it was a bit brighter.

The room was very nice and clean, the bed super comfy and you had everything you need right there. The location was perfect for us, about 3min away from Westbahnhhof. In my opinion it's a good hotel for a rather cheap price. Breakfast was included as well, which was very nice. (The breakfast itself was mediocre at best, but I didn't really mind)

As it was a business trip I woul like to have a desk or a table to work, because the shelf was to short to even put laptop on it.

The location of the Hotel was perfect, just a few steps away form the underground. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Pillows are rubbish and flat! You're gonna need to ask for a another one. There is building work happening directly opposite so woken up every weekday morning around 8/9am. But this is hardly the hotels fault. The bathroom had no blinds so builders in the crains could see in and the shower door didn't close properly so got water on the floor at times.

Great location, really close to good transport links for the city and the airport. Clean rooms, comfy beds, basic but good breakfast, warm.rooms and friendly helpful staff. They have a lift as well as stairs. Room is quiet and didn't hear a single other guest.

It's centrally located so there was some traffic/ tram noise but it was very marginal and it was in a city! So what do you expect?

It would be good to have the pictures of the rooms showing actual ones when you book one or the other room as many are different in this hotels and some would prefer one or the other.

We liked the cosy design of the hotel, friendly staff and overall comfortable environment within the hotel.

One of the rooms i booked had no blinds or covers for the large bathroom window. My family member had to use the toilet & shower with the tower crane operators in the building site next door giving them a full view. We told the receptionist but nothing happened.
