We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The most friendly and lovely greeting on arrival and throughout our stay. Beautifully appointed apartment and handy lift to slopes, the best heated ski kit storage and plenty nice restaurants round about. Book direct and would have got the yummy bakery order free each day!

The rooms are spacious, well equipped and provide a great place on sunny and rainy days. Nice surprise to see the sauna. All in all providing great convenience and luxury. Canadapillows were not very comfortable location is tricky - if you are not skiing in and out, it is difficult to take the shuttle (transfer) to St Anton or expensive to take a taxi (60 euros)

The service from Marion was exceptionel! Always available and super service minded with a positive energy and good laughter, we were blown away by her honest and straight forward wish to make our holiday and stay at 1400 Flexen Lodge the best stay ever! Also the size of the flat and the underground garage was amazing.

United KingdomRude and sarcastic lady running the reception who insisted on pestering us everyday about the location of the tv remotes. Strange and gave off a really unwelcoming feeling (who takes tv remotes out skiing with them, anyway?). If you’re Austrian/ German she seemed to get along well with locals. If European / English id consider elsewhere. Apartment wasn’t cleaned only towels replaced every few days.
Clean apartment with modern features and a well integrated kitchen. stuben is a quiet town but well connected with ski in ski out.
