Desk was closed at 8 pm when I arrived and key was in a lockbox outside—I would never have found it but another guest had arrived and I was able to get in and then talk to the manager by phone.

Some noise from other rooms, but not too bad, the area is quiet. This hotel might seems to be close, therefore cheap to the airport, but the cab drive is actually reaching €40 and about 20mins at the early hours.

Hospitality was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with access to hot drinks downstairs, which was most welcome at the early hours waiting for a taxi.

The hotel and everything was nice including the always open breakfast room with free water and tea and the general cleanliness of the whole place, When I arrived there with my family there was only one staff member on duty running the show on New Years Eve. My young family and I travelled to dozens of countries and stayed in more hotels than we can count, but this one staff member, at Hotel 23, on the outskirts of Vienna, I think her name was Christina?, was among the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever met. Not the usual hospitality friendliness that is often so superficial, but a friendliness coming from within, super natural and super honest. I hope she makes a decent wage, because she is worth gold in our opinion. Vielen Dank für Ihren herzlichen Empfang, den super Service, und dass Sie ein wahnsinnig toller Mensch sind.

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel. The host is a wonderful lady that makes you feel like you’re at home. We were with the baby and the cot was waiting for us, as well as feeding chair. We highly recommend this place!

This is what the guest wrote: "I stayed here because I had an early flight from Vienna Airport which is about 15 minutes away. It was “no frills” but it was warm, comfortable and adequately appointed. After hours access (I arrived very late) was simple and worked perfectly. Free soda was provided – and there was a coffee-maker in the room. Breakfast was included.

When I arrived at 3pm, the door was locked and reception dark. I called the number on the door and someone came down. But the whole time I was there the hotel felt deserted and empty. I never saw a staff member again. I am a comfortable traveler, but it may be off putting to someone who likes a little more support/knowing someone is there.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, comfortable beds/rooms. I hardly saw anyone, but when I did the check-in person was kind. Arranged a taxi for me to the airport at 4am, which arrived on time and was great.
