There are no wardrobe for clothes. In the smaller room, you don't even have a storage space for it. The internal view is not so great, and there is almost no view from the roof bar.

A jacuzzi would be nice in the fitness area and some of the beds in the relaxation area are getting dated and threadbare. In the bathroom my wife would have liked better lighting near the mirrors for doing makeup etc. That said, not much to grumble about with the hotel.

The room and the hotel are quirky but that made the stay all the more interesting. The inner courtyard Gigantic rooms are well appointed, quiet and comfortable with a seating area and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's also a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and crockery. Having noted the negative comments about the hotel breakfast we used the small supermarket just along from the hotel to make our own. We had all we wanted for significantly less cost. The sauna and steamroom were larger than we expected and barely used so nice and relaxing. There is also a small gym but we didn’t use that. The hotel is located just outside the inner-city ringroad and is within easy walking distance from most of the major tourist sites. It is also situated close to public transport options for things further afield. The hotel rooftop bar is nice with good views over the city, but it can get busy and is a bit pricy. We would recommend the hotel's Italian restaurant, but best to book a table as it is popular with non-residents too. Hotel wifi is very good but be aware that wifi coverage in Vienna is really patchy and slow. This makes it tricky to use map functions and quite a few returaunts require you to download the menu. The hotel staff were all friendly and efficient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Vienna.

The quirky, arty, industrial meets botanical theme, it felt modern, comfortable and every part of the hotel had something interesting to see and find. Also, the very accepting and inclusiveness of the place was perfect, you could really be yourself, relax and feel comfortable in its surroundings. The free 'help yourself' bits and pieces were also great, from the refreshments station, to postcards and spa!

I think booking breakfast as part of the deal is probably better - but you can grab amazing coffee and croissants from just up the road.

Absolutely loved the wellness suite. The room (a medium) was comfortable, cute and whilst we don’t drink - the beer was complimentary! The shower and products were lovely. The breakfast is quite pricey but has a wealth of choice. The staff were lovely and very friendly!

The staffs was wonderful, the room clean and well decorated. If you have time I would recommend visiting the Mermaids Cave. The location is great for anyone visiting Vienna for the first time.

The reception guy asked us if we agreed to have the cleaning every second day not daily and we accepted so we didn t have cleaning at all.
