Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe quirky, arty, industrial meets botanical theme, it felt modern, comfortable and every part of the hotel had something interesting to see and find. Also, the very accepting and inclusiveness of the place was perfect, you could really be yourself, relax and feel comfortable in its surroundings. The free 'help yourself' bits and pieces were also great, from the refreshments station, to postcards and spa!

Absolutely loved the wellness suite. The room (a medium) was comfortable, cute and whilst we don’t drink - the beer was complimentary! The shower and products were lovely. The breakfast is quite pricey but has a wealth of choice. The staff were lovely and very friendly!

Not the usual rectangular, squeezed-in double room, but very comfortable. The (upgraded) room provided us with coffee, alternative breakfast facilities, a second TV and a sofa to lounge on! The short walk to the city centre and all the sights was also key. Plenty of great places to eat nearby,

CroatiaThe shower drainage did't work properly so after showering we had to wait a while for the water to go away in order for another person to have a shower. We stayed at the room 133. Hope the hotel sorts it out for other guests.
This was our second stay at the hotel and we loved it once again. Can't wait to come again. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfast was again superb (but little expensive though).
