Uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room, pillows so bad. TV not working. Its easy to fix these these and it would be 10.

Everything like the photos; clean, the owner was ready to help. Good location, 3 min walking to the subway, 15 min ride to centre. Great neighbourhood, peaceful. Coffee pods available, great kitchen.

It was a lovely stay and a lovely apartment. There was everything that was necessary, including cooking utensils, fridge, toaster, kettle, soap, shower gel, coffee, tee etc. The apartment was spacious and clean (Thank you Iryna) . The owner was great, she helped us with everything, gave us recommendation for what to see. I will definitely stay in that same apartment if I come to Vienna again in the future.

The transportation of the facility is very good, it is very close to the metro line and also accessible by bus. The entrance of the apartment and the apartment are quite different. The interior of the apartment is very new and clean. The owner Katalin is very helpful and polite. The price-performance ratio is very good, it is a facility where I can stay again.

Everything as it should be. The apartment is clean, comfortable, great contact with the owner. Access to keys is easy. Not far to the subway and to the cheap Park & Ride. There is a nice Irish pub next door. Recommend.

There was a small problem with the toilet when we arrived. The owner was able to fix it very quickly the next day. Her quick response was appreciated. There are renovations going on in the building at the moment. It was very dusty and dirty in the stairwell and hallways. This will not be a problem when the renovation is complete.

The apartment was very spacious. It was clean and had a clothes washer available to guests. The location was very convenient to the U-bahn.

There was nothing we didnt like.

The apartment looks just like in the photos. Its very asthetic. It has everything you need to cook a simple meal. A stove for 3 pots! There is a coffee maker, a blowdryer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a freezer and an iron. The host is super nice and easy to comunicate with. There is no TV and the toilet is seperate from the shower and sink, but this things are not bothersome. It even made it easier to get ready faster. The shower is very spacious. You can get a lot of light in the rooms. The city/streets were loud the first night but after that we didnt even notice it anymore. The pillows were all very low but we slept comfortably. Would love to come back.

There was nothing we didn't like. Yes the lift was not working but only because there is some renovation work on the building. It is a magical old Vienna building with loads of character, so climbing a couple of flights of stairs was not a real problem.

Cleanliness of the apartment was exemplary. The host was very friendly and gave excellent instructions. The apartment is in a really nice part of Vienna with restaurants and bars just a short walk away. A quick hop on bus or the undrground(which is just 300 meters away) and a 15 minute ride and you are in old town Vienna. Would highly recommend...

The building is currently undergoing renovations which can be a bit noisy in the mornings on weekdays. The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator which can be tiring for some guests.

The apartment’s location was conveniently close to the metro station. The host was always available and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and all the appliances were in perfect working condition. We were pleasantly surprised to find extra pillows and sheets in the apartment. The Wi-Fi connection was good and reliable

The apartment is big enought and is very clean and renovated. We were lucky to find a parking space right infront of the building and it's free on weekends. The host is really nice and she gives very clear instructions how to get in. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything visitors need. Although I did not have a chance to meet the owner in person, she was very caring and helpful in checking if everything is OK during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and the good access to the city center. We would highly recommend it!

Initial info was that the apartment is on the 2 floor. Reality was that was at the 3 rd floor. Elevator out of service because of the renovation of the building...but we receive a discount...and I think is ok like this. But still a little unconfortable with 2 kids on the stairs to the 3 rd floor. A little bit noisy because of the trafic....but we manage.

The kitchen was well equiped except for serving bowls - that makes it hard to even mix and serve a salad.

Water did not flow away efficiently from the shower floor. Instead of draining properly, it accumulated around the area where one would stand.

The apartment is quite well located: relatively close to the centre and near the tramway. It has comfortable beds, all the needed kitchenware.
