The flat is in an historical building in a lively area of the city, it was a stone away from the shopping street and the museum quarters, many nice eateries around. The flat is large for a family, enough for the kids to roam around. We were greeted by the host at arrival, who showed us the flat and gave us some suggestions of things to do around. They were easy to reach out for any issues (nothing major). When we arrived the high chair and cot were already prepared and ready to use. Kitchen was well equipped to cook something simple for the kids.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms, extremely comfortable bed, everything you need even for a longer stay. Very clear and smooth check in and out! Also great breakfast possibilities in the area.

A few minor things to note that we’re not a big issue for us but might be for others. The WC in our apartment was not in the en-suite but near the entrance to the flat and didn’t have a hand wash basin. The shower head in the en-suite could be better.

The location was great in a quiet, elegant street but close to U-barn stations, shops etc. Stylish apartment in an historic property with original curving stair and lift. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchenette. En-suite showerroom. The communications with the remote staff were excellent and we particularly appreciated the very clear, detailed instructions on access which made arrival and departure very smooth.

Very well situated apartment close to transport, good restaurants and shopping. Clean and spacious.

The only problem was the noise that was heard a lot in the apartment and the floor rumbled, it was from the shop/bar on the corner of the street directly below the apartment. There was a DJ desk in the store and the music was quite loud until 10 p.m., after which the visitors stayed in front of the store and were very loud for a long time. ​

The appt was very nicely furnished, you feel like a home. City center you can reach less than 15 minutes

It would be better to supply two sets of keys so as a couple we could do activities separately. The DJ downstairs played on Thursday and Friday nights which was quite loud but only until 10pm so that was fine for us.

Gorgeous interiors, very comfortable and elegant, spacious enough for 2 people, everything you need is supplied, good communication with the property manager.

Could Habe been a bit cleaner. A bit more taken care of.... Pillows are not perfect for our taste...

Lots of space. Great location. Very well equipped kitchen. Good place to stay for a couple of days or longer. Has most of the things needed.

The apartment is very big and spacious and this what we liked the most. also the cleanliness of the apartment and there is elevator to reach it, since it was on the 3rd floor. we felt like home, and the washing machine is in the apartment which made it very easily to wash clothes :) also the location is good , next to super market and a shopping street near by and there is restaurants. the building is historical and we loved this vibe.

My only minor complaint is that we could have done with another pillow.

Lovely and clean, warm, comfortable and stylish. An excellent central location for exploring Vienna. The lift took us straight to the apartment door. We had a slight issue at one point but it was quickly resolved.

The apartment is super convenient, in a charming building. It is well located - within a walking distance from the museum quarter, shooping areas and the old city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating for our requests. We would be happy to return.
