Location is a little far, but that is not key factor. Breakfast was ok, maybe some some improvements could be done. Sometimes many guests come at the same time, then staff struggling to serve all things.

The cleaniness of the room was questionable. I'm ignoring spiderwebs in the corners but the most important thing, the bed sheets looked like they were not washed at all, we found a bunch of hair (??) on them and also on pillows. Maybe it looked different in other rooms. Beds were comfortable but pillows were flatter than pancakes, it made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very good, we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and professional. Very good communication in English. We arrived before the check-in time (which is 3pm), and we had the possibility to leave our suitcase in their storage next to the reception for free. Beds were comfortable but pillows not so much. A lamp and power sockets directly next to the bed. Good location, quite a calm area with a shopping mall and some restaurants in a 5min walking distance. Very close to bus and tram stops, good connection with the city centre.

The room was extremely clean, and quet, which was perfect. City center is easily reachable with a combination of public transport, and also e-scooters are always around (Lime & Vio).

The hotel is quite calm and near two bus stops and a tram station which directly goes to the center. The bedding and other equipements are comfortable for upto two people. The staffs are friendly. I would recommend this place

The location is quite far from the city center, but there were public transport stops within 5 minutes walking distance. The night we stayed was a very stormy night and we felt our bed headboard and the wall shaking as the wind blew.

The employees were very friendly and helpful here, as in other campanile hotels. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable

Despite the written request for gluten-free bread (for 1 person only), it was not available at breakfast. The explanation was that the guests had eaten all the gluten free bread the day before?! The staff ran to a nearby store to buy frozen gluten free pastries but we didn't have time to wait for. In general, the breakfast is very, very basic...but the coffee is ok.

Would be nice to be able to have hot drink facilities in room or complimentary hot drinks included outside of breakfast hours. Would be good to have a curtain around the kids bunk bed so adults can use bathroom etc without disturbing kids when sleeping.

It was cold even with the heat conditioner on and also you can’t buy water or anything for drink so that was a minus. Location is a little bit far away but it has a great connection to the all attractions, especially the ones located in the heart of Vienna!

There was no port for the HDMI cable to watch what I wanted from my computer on the TV. The soap, shampoo and body gel felt cheap and not of great quality. We stayed 2 nights and the morning after the first night, the cleaner only changed the towels. The bed was unmade, the rubbish on the table was left there and I don't even think the floor was cleaned.

The room was cosy, with enough space to put things away. There was also a small table that was easy to move around and gave a degree of flexibility. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to go through the reception every time, as it is located on the 3rd floor.

When we arrived, we saw that there was some dust in the room even though the sheets and the beds were clean. Also, the breakfast was not diverse and pretty small (it's a big hotel and if you don't arrive early to eat you will not have much of a choice).

The hotel staff was AMAZING! We rescheduled the dates in the last minute, so they gave us a quick solution without charging us extra. Our receptionist Aimrate (I think that was his name) was very helpful, calling us a taxi when we needed it. The location of the hotel itself isn't close to the centre but it is worth the price. At night it was peaceful and calm and there was no noice outside so it was really nice for sleeping. We will come back again!

Really loved the general attitude of the personnel. They were really friendly, professional and understanding. Our flight was at a later hour and we risked missing the check-in. We contacted the staff and they reassured us that there is no problem if we arrive later than midnight. The room was extremely clean and towels were changed daily, toilet paper and napkins were also restocked daily. Facilities are great, the room is really comfy and cozy. Would definitely come back!
