The room windows can't be opened, just a bit (for security), which is annoying, but understandable. The windows also were dirty though. There's very little room between the bed and the desk: the latter is hardly usable. A drinking glass should be part of the room equipment, but was missing.

The hostel is located close to the railway station, and is ca. 15-minutes away from the city by walk. The staff is very kind and helpful. The public areas are lively and usable even for work.

The outlet by my bed did not work, and I couldn't get the fitted sheet to stay on correctly.

I really only was here to sleep, but my needs were met. The multi-bed rooms are spacious and decently comfortable, and the lobby is welcoming.

It would have been nice if the dryers worked. I was planning on using the full laundry facilities, but the dryers were out of order. Had to go to a public place.

We didn’t realize this was a hostel, so our own mistake in that sense. The rate is based on the amount of persons capacity of the room I think, hence for the 6 people room as a family we paid ~150 euro. This is too much for what you get. The model makes sense if you are with one or two and rent a bed for the night, but as a family for that price you can get a decent apartment if you book timely. Also we had to make our beds like is customary in a hostel, despite late arrival. In other words if you are looking for a cheap place where all pay individually you can consider, for a family looking for a room better rent an apartment in time for similar price unless and your bed is made and you have a private kitchen, unless no other option available like in our case because we booked late . Paid parking garage was available nearby.

It should be cleaner. Floors should be wiped with a wet mop every day. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, what makes sleeping in the summer impossible.

The window could only be tilted and not fully opened. There was no air conditioning and fans were probably took it apart. There was some sort of plug in the sink drain. so it didn't drain well. And the breakfast could have been richer. I have had better accommodation for this price. Sorry for that.

There aren't many positives. It was in the center, but we didn't have time to use it. The fact that it is 5 minutes from the train station is great, but we were by car. The beds were big enough and just comfortable. That´s all.

It was super hot and no a/c. Fans worked but not ideal. I’ve been to Europe 100’s of times so I know it’s not their fault but beware if global warming continues. Air con is not normal.
