There is no locker in the room to the cabinet of the close and the bathroom and shower very small but it do the job.

The bed was really old and not comfortable. The ladders for upper bed was nightmare. Beutiful design but not function at all. I almost fell down three times because of them.

The problem with warm water in shower was a bit disappointing , as the water temprture would fall every 10 seconds while taking shower. The reception was really slow and reluctant to do their job and answer the guest queries.

There is nothing I didn't like about this Hostel location. But I do want to add, that the neighbourhood is mostly Muslim, a lot of people from Syria are living everywhere in this neighborhood. Outside people from Syria, there are also a lot of Romanians in the neighborhood. Almost every grill is halal. Next to the hostel, there is a grill room, I advise to others who read this, not to buy there. It is expensive and the food tastes old. A caesar salad there is €7.50 and it tastes like you get food from a homeless shelter. If you want to eat something, like a nice Kebab, I recommend walking down, or taking the metro just one stop to Thaliastrasse, right around the corner there is a little kebab shop, it is really small. But everything there is fresh and cheap, you can not miss it . Nice bread with kebab, salat, and sauce, everything fresh for just €3.80.

The hostel has a good connection with public transport. A ticket one way is €2.40. The hostel is in the zone Ottakring. You can reach it with the U6. It is only a 2-minute walk from the station to the hostel. The staff is really friendly, the rooms are clean, sheets are clean. The reception is open 24 hours, so you can have everything that you need. The vending machines have everything, and nearby, there are shops and more. I would recommend this place to everyone out there. It was the first time I booked a hostel, it looked better than most hotels I had been to over the years. It is above my expectations. There is nothing else to add.

For the price, the location is understandable: the hostel is kind of far away from the main tourist attractions. The kitchen was such a mess! Since I arrived to the hostel, the kitchen was never cleaned (I was there for 3 days!). The smell was awful. Even, you are supposed to pay a 20 Euro deposit for the hostel to lend you some cooking stuff, but they do not accept card, only cash (more flexibility is recommended). The hostel did not answer a message that I sent asking for a reservation detail.

Without any doubt, the best thing about this hostel is the price (considering that Vienna is pricey). The bedroom was another plus: it had adequate facilities to be there for some nights. The bathrooms were quite clean! Bathrooms were also equipped with soap. Nice!

My room was on the ground floor, next to an entrance, so I didn't feel comfortable to have my window curtains open (and with the closed curtains, I had to use the lights during the day too) - not a big deal for a short stay, but for a longer one it might be. I was looking for a communal kitchen, but I couldn't find it. Probably should've asked, but I didn't. The area is not great, but it's only a few stops away from the museums and other cool parts of the city.

The hostel is very close to the subway station and a bus stop, which is very convenient. A shopping mall nearby. My room was fine, the bed was comfy, clean sheets and towels. It was very quiet and I rested very well. Toiletries in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice common area. Most likely will come back again.

Chemical smell in the room - when we entered the room our noses smelled a chemical smell. It smells like a very strong cleaning fluid and we can't remove the smell, when we open the windows. Whole hotel in Vienna was a dirty with dust clouds - please clean old dust on stairs and under radiator between Partern and -1. Also dust was in breakfast room. In the shacks in our room there were dirty towels from other guests. Please wash the whole toilet (also inside where there is water) and not just the seat board. There was a lot of scale and dirt in the toilet.

Good location neaar center. Good communication with means of transport. Good basic breakfast. We chose A&O in Wienne becouse we stay two times in A&O Graz but standard in Wienna was much more worse than in Graz. We will not visit A&O in Wienne again,

The extra stairs after the elevator reach the floor when you have bulky luggage. The elevator was not working in the morning where I needed to walk down with the whole luggage.

That the do not fix my television and didn't gave me little compensation for its wasent working The eggs at the breakfast

The staff was friendly The bar and area for staying was cosy and clean I like to stay there But in my room the television was not working for 2 days and they staff promised to come fix it But nobody came and I didn't get any compensation even though I asked for it I was first night in a domentery before I chanced my room to my own hotel room It was big ,clean and the bed was Al right The breakfast was ok but the eggs looked old I don't think bad about this place .I think good There are certainly things that could be much better But all in one I like my stay there 😄
